Buona posizione ma...
Pros:

Posizione centralissima e staff alla reception gentile.

Cons:

Al nostro ingresso in stanza abbiamo visto che il divano letto non era stato preparato per la notte. Ho quindi avvisato la receptionist che è intervenuta prontamente chiamando altri membri dello staff per prepararlo. Sono accorse due signore portando lenzuola e cuscini che hanno gettato a terra (!!!) prima di sistemarli sul letto in maniera molto frettolosa, non rispettando quindi le norme igieniche di base e alzando molta polvere dalla moquette. Quando ho fatto notare che ci fossero capelli sulla coperta e che ne volessi un'altra, una di loro mi ha risposto in modo scorbutico. Inoltre non ho ricevuto nessuno sconto o omaggio per l'inconveniente. Complessivamente, pulizia dell'appartamento sicuramente da migliorare e spazi troppo stretti per 4 persone.

Pros:

Good location, staff were all great and helpful.

Cons:

One lift was out of order so it took ages to leave or enter (we were on the top floor with a child). The water pressure was awful. Foldout bed was very uncomfortable in both bed and couch form. Glasses and crockery in the room were dirty.

A gem if your stay is for more than 1 night.
Pros:

We stayed for 3 nights, perfect for us. A large space, comfortable, clean, modern, laundry facility in our unit, fantastic location. Couldn't fault it in any way, made our visit to Liverpool even better.
