Pros:

Staff were so friendly, apartment was ideal and so clean.

Cons:

Only thing that was a (minor) issue was when you would swipe the card in the life and pressed the button it would either not work or be slow. Was the same for other guests

Great place for a Liverpool city break!
Pros:

Great central location just down the street from Lime Street Station but very quiet. Modern comfortable rooms with good facilities for basic self-catering. No-nonsense checking in and out. Excellent value for money.

Cons:

Only trivial things - the inner window wouldn’t slide open, the toilet had to be flushed multiple times and the sound quality on the TV was poor.

1st Visit To Liverpool
Pros:

The staff were helpful and friendly outstanding.. i will def stay again . Loved the 1 bed apt .. amazing location. Amazing coffee was a treat.. in the reception. Maybe in need of a few good pillows . Overall 1st visit to the city and this apt and would def recommend. Every member of staff we spoke to was fantastic

Cons:

Pillows bit uncomfortable and maybe a tiny bit bleach at corner of shower on glass jst to keep it in fresh and free from mould. Other than that no complaints

Top location
Pros:

Top location, frienldly staff.Good room size and kitchen was nice.
Good shower size.

Cons:

The rom mattres way to soft, could feel the spring in your back.
Lacking power in shower, the toilet seat was loose.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish
Pros:

The location was perfect for shopping and nightlife which was the reason for our trip. Reception is 24 hour and staff are so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only issue was a tiny one but I found the apartments very stuffy and hot even though I tried to turn down the thermostat, they were still very warm, but this was only a minor personal issue.
