Exceptional pet friendly stay

We went in the room and they left dirty towels behind bathroom door and key cards didn't work during stay staff was working hard going to people's room to let them in. But I never heard why they couldn't get mantanace to come in and fix the problem. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.
Easy access from the highway
Breakfast was bad, room smells damp or moldy
Hotel pretty neat and clean. Super easy to access. The landscaping on the back on the hotel is really neat and well taking care of. The breakfast area is large and luminous. The breakfast has a large choice of items and is well organized. Juices, yogurts, fresh fruits, bread with all toping, muffins, lot of dry fruits and healthy nuts and granola, as well as other cereals. Sausages biscuits gravy eggs etc.. Bravo. Did not try the pool because closed.
We had a dog friendly room which was clean and comfortable but had a deep strange smell. And the toilet flush was not working at all. Didn't annoy us too much because we did arrive late and leave early but could be annoying if we really needed to use the toilet!!!
Location was good, hotel room was clean, staff was excellent
Bathroom toiletries , shampoo body wash missing. bed were smaller than expected for 2 adult difficult sleep comfortably.
Breakfast can be better, breakfast refill service was slow.

Large amount of places to park
Breakfast ok
air conditioner/heater did not work - so there was no air flow, guests in room above ours were loud and we could hear every step and move through early in the morning, breakfast was so basic and coffee low quality so I could not have anything other than banana.
It was easy to access from I-81. It was close to restaurants and shopping. They had a good breakfast.
There was a musty smell to the room.
Maybe in future hash browns or home fries could be added to breakfast. Just an idea. Breakfast was great. We enjoyed our stay. No complaints.
