Pros:

Very nice room with a lot of space, a nice and warm shower and even greater restaurant, in which we had some of the best meals of our 3-week vacation in Georgia (both for breakfast and dinner). Everything was very nicely clean and organized, not to mention stylish. Located right inside a national park, it is a cozy option for hikers that like to start and end their day in comfort. The staff was communicative and attentive. No elevator in the premises, but that was also not a big deal. We felt well taken care of.

Красивое место, есть тропы для хайкинга, чистый бассейн, просторные комнаты, удобные кровати

Cons:

Не все блюда в ресторане безопасные и вкусные, в номере люкс воняло канализацией, по какой-то неведомой причине в Грузии не уважают сифоны и не устанавливают их на сантехнику😅😅пришлось лезть под раковину и пытаться из гофры сделать гидро затвор, но длины не хватило

What location? It was closely located within the national park territory which was convenient.

Cons:

It seemed very hard to find staff when you needed something, especially during the check-in and checking out and it just felt that the hotel was very disorganised with no one knowing what to do or where things are.

I was told that we've been upgraded but the new room had mould in the shower and it was immediately flooded when the shower was on. Luckily there was another run available.

This was too bad because the hotel is located in a very convenient location and from the outside it looks like it has really nice facilities, and all it needs is better management, service and hygiene standards.

Pros:

The hotel was very cozy and welcoming, with great staff and a delicious breakfast every morning. Surrounded by forest, the location is peaceful and relaxing — a perfect place to recharge. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway

Pros:

Расположение - практически у входа в Lagodekhi Park. Просторный номер, чисто, кровати удобные, работающая сантехника, халаты. Большой бассейн (полотенца выдают).

Cons:

Организация завтрака довольно бестолковая - в начале не было горячих блюд, потом они появились, но пропали свежие овощи. Щипцы/лопатки для накладывания еды не везде лежали. Титан, в котором обычно бывает горячая вода, стоял с холодной водой, чтобы добыть чашку горячей воды/чая, необходимо было искать бармена (воду наливали из кофемашины).

An assault on the senses.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and the restaurant is cheap/ the food is nice (standard Georgian but edible).

Cons:

Techno blaring at all hours and a million screaming kids: If you’re going to Lagodekhi Protected Area to enjoy peace, quiet and nature prepare to be greeted by grumpy teenaged staff, screaming kids and techno. The music started back up again at 8:30am in the morning…just awful! Conversely, if you want to dump your giant pack of rug-rats at the pool and get drunk while listening to the greatest club anthems of Eastern Europe - this place is for you.

Average, tacky and out dated with no parking, which is ridiculous given there three huge hotels all squished into a tiny space.

Great Family-Friendly Stay
Pros:

Best place—cozy yard with an instant feeling of close community. Great for small children, with both small and large pools, a playground, fun sculptures, and nature paths to explore. They offer different room types; ours had a large enclosed balcony, which was perfect and safe for my 1- and 4-year-olds to play.

Cons:

There’s no elevator, so if you’re not on the ground floor you’ll need to use the stairs—something to keep in mind when booking.
