Need to pay additional Fees' RM15 . This is not required if I do booking from Agoda or hotel.com

Pros:

Bigger bed room with big bathroom installed with powerful shower rain in complete toiletries.
Room is clean and quiet. Free karaoke and guitar are added credits to your hotel restaurant.

Indonesia free breakfast is good but no American style.

Pros:

Perfect location to Kota Samarahan education hub, Sama Jaya industrial Park, Medical Specialist Centers and other part of KUCHING. Many restaurants, supermarkets, banks around. Very affordable and worthwhile.

We appreciate your free breakfast on cheap room rate of below Rm 79.00 unique in town but reduce the portion to avoid wastage.
Please provide more cheap cars for rent as we are frequent users for business.
Expedite your check ins time especially on peak hours.

Bad service attitude and hidden charges

Lousy hotel, with hidden charges, hotels.com stated it guaranteed price, where as when u arrive at hotel, they will charges you
