Sehr freundlicher Service am Abend bei der Feier, die jungen Leute im Hotel machen es ganz offensichtlich besser als das ältere Personal

Ungeleerte Müllbeutel an Türklinke, das Personal reagiert dann auch noch unfreundlich an der Rezeption, wenn man darauf hinweist, leider nicht das einzige Mal, wo die Rezeption wenig Gastfreundlichkeit zeigt. Auch beim Lunchpaket
