Cons:

The toilet does not include a changing area, so users have to change outside, which is uncomfortable due to the air conditioning. The vanity top should ideally be located inside the toilet.

Zum dritten Mal - perfekt!
Pros:

Wir haben hier zum dritten Mal übernachtet während unserer Aufenthalte in Ho Chi Minh City.
Das M Hotel ist wunderbar gelegen, direkt neben dem Saigon Center, einigen Bars und einem wunderbaren Highlands Coffee.
Der Rest der Attraktionen lässt sich auch gut zu Fuß erreichen.
Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Zimmer sind groß und super sauber.
Man hat sogar für zwei große Koffer Ablagefläche, was selten in Hotels ist.
Wir können einen Aufenthalt hier nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war auf der niedrigsten Stufe leider sehr stark noch und es ging ein Wind. Aber in dem kuscheligen Bett ist das aushaltbar

Pros:

We stayes here the second time and it was beautiful. You can walk to the main attractions. Lots of restaurants close by. Personnel always very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are spacious and clean with lots of amenities.
Beds are very comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing about the hotel. There was very loud construction somewhere nearby. It started at 10pm and lasted almost the whole night until morning. I dont know why this is allowed, but it kept me awake

Pros:

this is my second time staying here (april 2026) after my first stay last year (august 2025). every time i’ve stayed here has been a great experience - especially the hospitality and helpfulness from Mary, Brian, and Sonic - but every person of the staff has been wonderful! Be aware that it might be noisy if your room is facing the main street at night due to the bars and pubs - but not unmanageable. Overall, I would highly recommend the M Hotel as your stay in Saigon. Super close to most attractions, and literally just crossing the street away from Takashimaya the department store. I would definitely use this hotel as my home base whenever I’m in Saigon :)

J avais payé d avance mais ils ont voulu faire un deposit , ma carte n a pas fonctionné ( la même que lors de la réservation) donc j ai du payer une deuxième fois! Je n ai pas apprécié , sinon le reste était très bien
