We love the M Hotels and preference these when searching. Once again, very happy with this M.
Pros:

Perfect location near all the tourist spots and shopping. The staff were always helpful

Cons:

Such a beautiful room … would have been great to have a bedside table on both sides, not just one side.

The location and the very spacious room.

All staff apart from 1 were great!

Cons:

There was a slim girl working on reception that just DID NOT understand what I asked her. I had problems with the WiFi and that I came back into the hotel after the 5th night I had to connect manually. When checking out I mentioned the WI-FI and when I was leaving she came up to me and asked me whether the Wi-FI was working. You need to give this staff member some good basic English speaking and understanding skills.

Pros:

Minh phat gave us a full service when picking us up from the airport. He took care for everything including our luggage and asked us to sit comfortably in the car. The front office was also well spoken in english.

Amazing we returned to the same hotel in the same trip

Pros:

We had such a great experience staying here! Prime location and amazing hospitality from the team. I also had the most amazing sleep - bed and pillows were super comfortable. I have difficulties falling asleep but was immediately able to do so here. I literally did not want to get out of bed in the morning because how peaceful it was. Thank you to all the staff for helping with whatever we needed. Extremely thankful to chú Dũng and anh Phát for making us feel like family. They constantly reminded me of how kind and genuine Vietnamese people are. Would definitely stay here again when I come back.

Pros:

Minh phat was waiting for us at the airport upon arrival. He offered great customer service, giving us water bottles when we got into the van. He even stopped and waited at a local bank for us while we exchanged currency. He is very kind and pleasant. Highly recommend

Great Location and quiet for HCMC
Pros:

Very satisfied customer- M Hotel
Pros:

My stay at M Hotel was very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is very clean and modern. Chloe in reception was very helpful and organised taxis, purchases etc. The location is very well placed for restaurants and shopping experiences. I’m happy that the hotel is good value for money.

Завтраки великолепны. Ассортимент сыров и колбас порадовал. Мед в сотах. Фо бо изумительный. Расположение удобное: рядом торговый центр, 7/11, бульвар для прогулок. Персонал очень приветливый. Впечатления только позитивные.
