Good location, clean & good value for money.

Clean and comfortable rooms

We stayed in both the 4 room and 2 room penthouses. Location is excellent - very central in District 1, and both penthouses have a balcony that runs the full length of the hotel. The rooms are ultra modern / very stylish with beautiful bathrooms - its a very high end place with great wifi and great aircon (both important for us). We were also massively impressed with how helpful the staff were - they helped us with many questions before and during our stay, in particular Ms May and Mr Storm (there were others - all were helpful).

The location was great, we were able to walk to everything we wanted to visit. The staff kindly had the room available early for us and had a cot already in the room for our toddler on arrival.

This was my second stay after many years, and the hotel was still just as clean as I remembered. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was especially convenient as it is right in the city center. During my stay, there was an event happening on Nguyen Hue Walking Street, but it was not noisy at all at night, so I slept very well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends if anyone asks.

We booked this place last minute after another booking let us down upon arrival.

The staff here were amazing, greeting us with a lovely refreshing citrus drink. The breakfast was really good - a nice variety of options, everything well cooked, delicious food.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, other than a couple of dubious looking massage parlours (or similar) opposite the entrance. But Saigon Central is just across the road and the hotel is within walking distance of other places like the Independence Museum and Saigon Post Office.

The room was good. We had a two bedroom family apartment. The bedrooms were really nice, exceptionally comfortable beds. For the location the bedrooms were nice and quiet too (we were on the 9th floor). One bathroom, but nice and clean and a good shower. Good Wifi connection. There was also a well equipped kitchen and dining area which was a nice surprise and would have been useful were we staying for longer than one night. However, there was no "living room" area, so for a family the living space is the bedrooms.

We were opposite the gym which looked pretty small and basic, we didn't see the swimming pool.

Good room, location, good value

Das Personal, vorallem Herr Storm, war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr freundlich hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet ,sehr zentral und ideal, um Ho-Chi-Minh-Stadt zu erkunden.

I booked three rooms for 3 nights and paid a higher rate for one of the rooms, only to discover that it was exactly the same size and layout as the lower-priced rooms. The hotel explained that the only difference was a larger window, but it overlooked air-conditioning compressors and kitchen exhaust duct, which certainly did not justify the higher price.
When I raised the issue, the staff suggested moving me to a higher floor but failed to follow up. I had to remind them twice, and the manager, Thomas eventually offered to move me only on my final night. Moving rooms the night before check-out would have been more inconvenient than helpful, so I declined. Despite this, the manager repeatedly asked me to move.
The disappointment was the manager's handling of the situation and the overall stay experience. All the rooms including mine are located very close as well as the elevators, making it noisy and disturbing throughout my stay. The hotel is also situated directly opposite several sleazy bars, which did not make for a pleasant & safe environment. With so many better hotel options in the area, I would not choose to stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at M Hotel Saigon. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spotless, comfortable and well maintained.

What stood out most was the exceptional service. Every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a genuine smile.

Overall, a great hotel with excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.
