Excellent Hotel and wonderful hospitality
Pros:

Excellent stay at the M Hotel Saigon. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, luxurious and well-located. But what makes it truly special is the service. Thanks to May and the team, I felt genuinely cared for.

May provided me with great recommendations for restaurants, spas, shopping areas, sights etc. Her advice truly shaped my experience and allowed me to enjoy HCMC to the fullest. Her professional, helpful and friendly attitude made all the difference. I would not hesitate to return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Excellent hotel and staff!
Pros:

This hotel was so centrally located on a very busy and diverse Saigon street. Be prepared for noise—it’s a big city but nothing earplugs couldn’t fix—and enjoy being somewhere so vibrant and central!

Pros:

Bed was comfortable and clean. Staff was very good!

Cons:

Bathroom layout. Noise - it wasn’t that loud but you can hear the people from the elevators and the music from outside. But thank you for the ear plugs!! Also the noise did die down.
