Pros:

Fomos muito bem recebidos, o quarto e todas as solicitações que fizemos foram a contento. Somente o box do banheiro e o secador de cabrlos deixaram a desejar. O café da manhã estava bem gostoso.

Pros:

A oferta que consta no Hoteis.com não confiz com o que é oferecido. Fiz reserva de um quarto com ar condicionado e queriam que eu ficasse num com ventilador. Esta parte foi resolvida, mudando-se para um com ar condicionado. O Restaurante não está funcionando e foi decisivo para minha escolha. Estou frustrado.

Considerarei o Vivendas uma segunda opção
Pros:

Diferente de todos os demais funcionários, o recepcionista do checkin e do checkout (o mesmo) é/foi mal educado e com dificuldade de comunicação.
O chuveiro com finos fios de água e uma aranha grande na cama.
Café da manhã tipo caseiro, excelente!

Hotel ótimo, mas o atendimento é ruim
Pros:

O hotel é ótimo, limpo, agradável e o café da manhã é excelente, mas o atendimento dos recepcionistas é muito ruim, o recepcionista da chegada queria cobrar a mais para colocar em outro quarto, não quisemos, dai ele colocou outros hóspedes que eram família com criança no quarto acima do nosso e com isso ouvíamos barulho a noite. E também mentiu dizendo que não tinham garagem coberta Obs: nós e a família éramos os únicos hóspedes do hotel. É na saída era outro recepcionista, que disse que a diária não tinha sido paga, e teríamos que pagar. Ai mostramos que já havíamos pago pelo site.

Pros:

Hotel simples,sem luxos, porém novo, funcional, agradável e bastante bom. Funcionários atenciosos.
Quartos limpos, roupa de cama e banho muito bons. Distante do centro mas em zona tranquila e de facil acesso de carro. Café da manhã bom e preço muito bom.
