Amazing Staff great location room was clean, but the set up was weird because I’ve never been in a room where the steam

Location, cleanliness, and Staff

Cons:

Icemaker didn’t work on my floor or the adjacent floors had to go all the way downstairs to get ice. There was like an opening from the bathroom into the bedroom like on the top of the wall so when you took a shower, the steam came into the room, which made me cough a lot. I felt like it was mold in the room somehow although everything was really clean.

Unpleasant did not have hot water during our stay
Pros:

Customer service was ok

Cons:

During the entire stay we didn’t have any hot water. Had to call multiple time to get extra towels. We ended up having to walk down ourselves. This was not a pleasant stay considering the price paid for the room.

Pros:

Friendly, service-oriented and courteous staff. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Personal hotspot that I use fer security reasons dd not work in the lobby, whereas it worked fine in my room. Hotel guest WiFi in the lobby dropped out.
Breakfast choices were the same every day.
M-Club business area was only bookable for the whole stay, not for individual days.

The enviroment was incredble!
Pros:

location was very great to and from Airport. Breakfast kinda blah, the stuff ordered was great, but the buffet portion was sub par. Very clean, the staff was well attentive, friendly and made my stay comfortable.

Cons:

breakfast buffet, the TV could have been easier to manage.

Cons:

I was disappointed with my stay at this Marriott. The room smelled strongly of smoke, and when I went to lie down on the couch, there was a noticeable odor of urine. I mentioned this to the front desk at checkout, assuming something would be adjusted for the inconvenience, but nothing was offered.
