We will be staying again.the staff was excellent
Cons:

Tv didn’t work. Had to change rooms. Bed very uncomfortable. We have stayed at the hotel many times and have never had any issues. This stay was not what we were used to there.

We are tired. It has been a long, hot day.
Pros:

It has been a long, hot day for us. We have been outside with the kids at the ballpark all day. How refreshing and revitalizing it was to be greeted at the front desk by Eziah. She blasted me with a big sincere smile, and a comforting welcome. Made me smile. She explained all the details of the hotel to me. Time to rest and relax. Thank you, Eziah.

Not worth the price.
Pros:

The price, didn’t include breakfast. You would think the price for a room would include breakfast.

Cons:

They had the air on in the pool area. They have an indoor put and had the a/c on you would think it would be an heated pool I asked the front desk numerous times can they come turn off the a/c no one never came the pool water was so cold.

It was a great stay, hotel shuttle was great, and Kareem was awesome!
