Needs a face lift
Pros:

At one time this must have been a great hotel. Now just a shadow of that. Looks like it mostly has weekend or back to school business. Perfect location for the university, rooms are big but need maintenance and hallway lights are dimmed or not used, rooms not clean (Gecko crap on walls in bathroom), overall a bit depressing. Breakfast is cheap and not very good. Items that should be hot are cold, no food warmers used.

NICE STAY
Pros:

It was a nice and comfortable staying, wifi is good, breakfast is in buffet style and delicious, the hotel is big and clean. The reception staffs are very friendly and helpful. The area is good, within working distance, you could reach 7-11, bus stop to Bangkok and Naresuan University. The only bad thing is the lighting in the hotel room is yellowish therefore it might not so bright at night.

Pros:

มองจากข้างนอกโรงแรมดูเหมือนเก่าน่ากลัว แต่ภายในดีมากค่ะ ห้องก็ดีมากๆเลย ห้องสะอาด ห้องน้ำแยกเปียกแห้ง มีตู้อาบน้ำ ได้มาตราฐานโรงแรมทั่วไปค่ะ แนะนำเพื่อนๆนะคะถ้าคิดจะพักบริเวณนี้ ราคาเหมาะสมถือว่าต่ำ เพราะมีอาหารเช้า ตอนเพื่อนแนะนำทที่บ้านยังคิดว่าโดนหลอกเลย โรงแรมดูจากข้างนอกดูไม่โอเค สรุปทุกอย่างดีค่ะ
