Great option near Santa Barbara
Pros:

A convenient base for our Santa Barbara stop during our road trip along the Pacific Coast Highway.
The hotel is located away from downtown, but the area is strategic and safe, featuring very scenic architecture complete with a pool, palm trees, and a beautiful pond filled with ducks and turtles!
The room is a good size, clean, and equipped with everything you need (microwave, coffee maker, etc.), with a stylish design and a large, dedicated parking lot.
Our booking included breakfast, which was hands down the best of our entire trip thanks to its great variety and selection! Lastly, meeting dear Jeanie, the lady in charge of breakfast, was truly unforgettable - she is a wonderful person with a beautiful soul! :”) <3

Rooms were great, nice and clean, bed was really comfortable. TV was good and easy to use, cute ducks out in the yard around the pool. A major plus was the EoS centre access, and decent food within 5-10 minute drive

Cons:

Location wise, there wasn’t a lot going on. Starbucks and In n Out just across the road, but it would have been nice to be closer to something else nearby to enjoy without having to get in the car and drive to the wharf or something, though we did know that when we booked so it’s more of a matter of how much you’re willing to spend I guess! Though it’s better than nothing, breakfast was quite lacklustre and very limited. The guy at reception was quite rude to my husband when we left- presumably because it was very early morning and he had to unlock the door for him to return the room keys.

У нас был прекрасный вид из окна, номер чистый, есть всё необходимое. Отель спокойный и очень уютный внутренний дворик с прудиком и уточками. Бассейн с подогревом и джакузи вообще супер! Отель однозначно рекомендую!

Booked a prepaid, confirmed stay through Super.com and Ramada and arrived at 11:45 p.m. after traveling from Los Angeles—only to be told no room was available due to a “third-party error.” Staff were dismissive and offered no help, no alternative hotel, nothing.

Being turned away at midnight in an unfamiliar city with my two daughters was unacceptable and stressful.

If Super.com is cheaper, it clearly comes at the cost of reliability. Think twice before booking—your “confirmed” reservation may not actually exist.

Amazing!
Pros:

First time here. An overall great experience. I was very pleased with the service there. My room was upgraded to a King bed and it was lovely. Check-In and check-out was super fast and easy. Wish I had stayed an additional day and night to explore the property.
