Good location, good maintained room is good with patio
Pros:

Breakfast is good and staff is amazing very helpful. We didnt use the pool but it seems it is enough. It is close to SantaBarbara and also Solvang

The lagoon is really pretty, pool is nice as well. Great location, close to UCSB and only 10 -15 min from state street and the funk zone. staff was very helpful and friendly

Overall it fit what we needed for the weekend.
Pros:

Accommodations like free breakfast, pool, spa, and location. Not too far from downtown & beach. And gave us a bottle of wine for boyfriend’s birthday

Cons:

Our room #141 didn’t have a fan in the bathroom so stream and warmth built up after showering. Thin walls and can hear a lot.

It was OK. I would most likely not stay again and would not recommend.

It wasn’t a nice area. Nice patio view.

Cons:

When we arrive to the property, we all just wanted to take a shower and go to sleep. It ended up being that the bathtub was extremely clogged and had water up to our ankles when showering. We had little kids with us so that was really, not fun at all. We had to pull out a lot of towels to clean the water mess. I called the front desk and let them know about this issue, but they mentioned they would have a maintenance person up until the morning. We were leaving first thing in the morning so it would be too late by then.. It was not a good experience and I don’t think the night day was worth $200. I would like at least a partial refund, please.
