I won’t return because of poor location and hazardous flooring

The floors were like rolling hills which made it difficult for anyone with balance issues difficult to maneuver

Great value and wonderful stay!
Pros:

The property has beautiful gardens with lagoons surrounding the pool. The location is near the UCSB campus and very quiet. The breakfast is very good with a lot of choices and the staff were great.
