Pros:

Garden and pool area

Cons:

Room was not very clean. The noise level was ridiculous. We could hear the toilets flushing, the showers running of the rooms next to us and above us. We could hear everything in the hallway. It was so noisy the entire time.

Family-friendly stay with great service
Pros:

Great location - easy access to downtown Santa Barbara. We arrived around 1 am and had a very quick and smooth check-in, which was much appreciated
The breakfast staff was very friendly and welcoming. They showed us everything and even gave our child food for the birds and turtles on the property - a very nice touch
The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The hotel grounds are well-maintained and pleasant to walk around

Cons:

It would be nice to have fresh vegetables available at breakfast

Pool = awesome!! Breakfast, not so much.
Pros:

The pool is amazing. They keep it so warm - warm enough that it isn't refreshing and instead is warmer than the air on a 75 degree day. Women working the breakfast room was lovely. It isn't her fault that the food wasn't great.
Great location if you are visiting UCSB.

Cons:

One of the worst hotel breakfasts we have had. If we go back (which we might) we would know to just rely on getting a banana, some cereal and coffee. The coffee wasn't bad.
The bathroom was a little dirty - someone else's hair was still on the floor.
You can hear the freeway noise throughout the night. But earplugs fixes that.

I won’t return because of poor location and hazardous flooring
Pros:

The floors were like rolling hills which made it difficult for anyone with balance issues difficult to maneuver

Cons:

It’s too far out of town and difficulty walking on rolling hills/uneven floors
