Pros:

Great hotel for business or pleasure. I stay during week for work and sometimes my girlfriend will come and we have a great time. Great pool, jacuzzi and staff. Pond is fun the kids and adults. Right now there are baby ducks and geese

5 star customer service experience
Pros:

This was a 1 night overnight stay for a business trip. The hotel was affordable, clean, nothing fancy. What stood out for me was the level of customer service and friendliness from the front desk staff. I travel quite a bit and most places I encounter leave me baffled at the level of customer service in todays world... usually it is awful unfortunately. Not at this place - they went above and beyond at every level. The first night they gave me great restaurant recommendations, greeted me with a smile and enthusiasm to be of service. My check out was even better he was 5 star worthy - engaging, patient, warm welcome, made it super easy - we even had a great 15 minute conversation about customer service!

Pros:

酒店客房非常干净，因为入住时间不需要空调，空调是否有噪音不清楚。早餐是普通的欧陆早餐，以此衡量还是不错的，服务员也很热情。

Sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung, große Zimmer, Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse in Ordnung.
Check in vorab online sehr unkompliziert.

Cons:

Ins Zentrum sind es mit dem Auto 5-10 Minuten, das wussten wir aber bei Buchung bereits.

The place was clean and aside from a disappointing breakfast was a positive experience.
Pros:

The temperature of the pool was wonderful and the courtyard garden/pond is beautiful.

Cons:

The breakfast was not very good. The eggs were overly salty and flavorless and there was not a great selection of food. The fridge in our room ran a bit loud at night, but it worked well.
