I liked my stay , however would not come back to the same property again , not enough value.
Pros:

I liked the size of the room and the private balcony

Cons:

The room was dated and not up to 4 star standard. The suite was poorly laid out with the sink in the middle of the room and a very small bathroom. I did like the terrace; however, the AC was old and made a lot of noise.

Couldn’t Sleep
Pros:

AC unit sounded like a freight train. Kept me up all night. Asked them to fix it and they never did. Can’t even turn the unit off - it just rumbles. Will not return to this hotel.

Nice enough room but let down by very late start to breakfast.

Cons:

The breakfast options are poor. The in-house coffee bar is only really pastries and coffee and the on site restaurant doesn't open until 7.30am for breakfast which is really too late for the business day.

Nice hotel with a couple arrogant people on the team

L’équipe était généralement professionnelle avec un discours aidant et empathique. J’ai eu le malheur de tomber aussi un soir sur celle qui ne l’était pas, qui répondait avec des infos différentes, et n’avait aucun intérêt pour trouver des solutions. En revanche elle a bien expliqué à ses collègues qu’elle a eu un problème avec moi. Cette mauvaise expérience vers la fin, c’est ce qui a baissé le sentiment d’être bien accueillis et accompagnés dans nos questions et nos besoins.

A disappointing old and expensive property
Pros:

Location is very good but don't look for a sign for the Wyndham. We went around the property three times and never saw a Wyndham hotel sign, not even at the front door. Heard the 'big sign' is on a different road. There is really a signage deficiency - there are conflicting notes in the room that are unclear. The tv guide is not printed; there are no instructions as to how to get the GUIDE; we had to go to the front desk to find out. The tv does not offer any streaming stations at all. The property is very old and they have done a satisfactory job of retrofitting flat screen tvs. Nobody knows where the ice machine is. The first floor rooms are creepy; they feel like basement dark rooms and when you look out the window it is iron bars with ivy like plant weaving through the bars and making it dark. Do not rent 1st floor rooms. The bars are there for security as the exterior room doors are outside. This is an expensive $$$$ property. Disappointing.

Staff here is The BEST
Pros:

We spent a week here for a special family celebration. The hotel is not new however it is sparkling clean because they have the very best housekeeping staff ever! The front desk staff is also incredibly helpful and friendly.
The little cafe for breakfast and coffee was fine. The catering staff did a remarkable job for our brunch at Farmer’s Table. It was perfect. The pool area is clean, well appointed and enjoyable. I believe a happy staff is so important. Kudos to management.

Pros:

Hotel is nicely updated with the tearoom adding in a relaxing atmosphere.

Cons:

Pool on hotel website states 24/7 operation when the night desk told me it was not open. I booked the hotel for that reason.
