The place smell like mold, the elevator stink like vomit, they ask you not to smoke but there was weed smell in the hall .

Good enough
Pros:

Pretty good hotel for a short work trip. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and I enjoyed the pool and fitness room. It's conventienly located close to the roads and there are multiple restaurants closeby, including a mall a 5 minute drive away.

Cons:

There is no breakfast buffet space. There is a restaurant on the premise that offers a la carte breakfast though, but it was closed in the morning when I stayed here. There is also a small coffee bar with some items that were pretty okay, though somewhat pricey. And it was just open a few hours in the morning, so I couldn't get a coffee in the afternoon when I wanted to.

Nice spot
Pros:

Receptionists were kind and engaging. The fitness center was great. The bed was large and comfortable.

The door between our room and the neighbors could use some serious soundproofing.

The Farmers Table is outstanding.

Mold problems for sure
Pros:

Cozy hotel the check in process was simple and fast the front desk stuff are very knowledgeable about places to eat near by. They recommended famers table the food was excellent. The room we stayed in was on the 5th floor the room looked cozy in the photos but in person it felt very damp I always carry with me a mold detector because of my asthma and I stay in hotels more then my own house so it was very concerning that the levels of mold were high. Most of the staff except for a maintenance person with no hair didn’t greet me as I walked down stairs I guess his phone conversation is more important then the customers time. Other than that I really had high hopes for this cozy hotel. Maybe management will take accountability to the mold situation.

Clean and convenient but not very welcoming
Pros:

Great location from a convenience perspective and I did book on short notice so I appreciated that there was availability. It was also clean.

Cons:

I’ll preface this by saying I did only stay one night. However, upon arriving and waiting to check in I catch the tail end of the clerk checking in the person in front of me. She was filling him in on the amenities, breakfast, happy hour etc. The usual spiel they give once you’re all checked in.

Figuring I looked tired after having driven 4+ hours, I smiled and walked up when it was my turn, said hi and that I was checking in, and handed her my DL. No hi back. Ok. I asked how her day was going. I understand this is maybe seen as a time waster by some but I always try to be polite or make conversation. To be fair it is a bit of a nervous tic of mine but usually if people aren’t interested in chatting they just give a short answer and move on. Nope. Nothing. No response. Got it. Not in a conversational mood.

Then someone comes out from the back (office?) to grab some dry cleaning. The clerk stops checking me in to have a conversation with her coworker about said dry cleaning. I’m not really in a hurry so I politely wait.

The clerk comes back to checking me in and when she’s done she just hands me my DL, CC, parking pass, and room keys and walks away.

I don’t stay at Wyndham a lot. I don’t have a rewards account. Based on this, it will likely stay that way. She never once asked me anything or told me anything aside from asking me which card I wanted to use for incidentals.

The next morning when checking out was the same but different clerk. I walked up with my room keys, they asked for my room number, asked if I wanted the receipt emailed and that was that. No good morning, have a nice day, thank you for staying with us. Nothing. It might seem pedantic but I just don’t understand why basic politeness isn’t a thing anymore.
