Nice enough room but let down by very late start to breakfast.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast options are poor. The in-house coffee bar is only really pastries and coffee and the on site restaurant doesn't open until 7.30am for breakfast which is really too late for the business day.

Nice hotel with a couple arrogant people on the team

L’équipe était généralement professionnelle avec un discours aidant et empathique. J’ai eu le malheur de tomber aussi un soir sur celle qui ne l’était pas, qui répondait avec des infos différentes, et n’avait aucun intérêt pour trouver des solutions. En revanche elle a bien expliqué à ses collègues qu’elle a eu un problème avec moi. Cette mauvaise expérience vers la fin, c’est ce qui a baissé le sentiment d’être bien accueillis et accompagnés dans nos questions et nos besoins.

Staff here is The BEST
Pros:

We spent a week here for a special family celebration. The hotel is not new however it is sparkling clean because they have the very best housekeeping staff ever! The front desk staff is also incredibly helpful and friendly.
The little cafe for breakfast and coffee was fine. The catering staff did a remarkable job for our brunch at Farmer’s Table. It was perfect. The pool area is clean, well appointed and enjoyable. I believe a happy staff is so important. Kudos to management.

Pros:

Hotel is nicely updated with the tearoom adding in a relaxing atmosphere.

Cons:

Pool on hotel website states 24/7 operation when the night desk told me it was not open. I booked the hotel for that reason.

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

Rooms spotless , great pool area , lovely Trend cafe . Great laundry facilities . Lovely on site restaurants too. Very close to the Town Centre at Boca . Great parking facilities. Water etc refreshed daily.

Cons:

I am not a fan of the miniature shower gels etc prefer to use a good one on the wall . I found it hard to get anything out of the conditioner , This is really not a big thing.

Stay for wedding of friend’s son
Pros:

My husband and I recently stayed at the Boca Raton Wyndham for a wedding.
I typically do not write reviews about hotel stays but this hotel merits a review due to serious issue.
First, there is a moldy or musty odor present in rooms and I believe it is a serious issue due to the fact that we were not the only couple complaining about this issue.
We were assigned a room with a really strong musty odor. We actually stayed in the room 1 night against my better judgment. The odor kept me awake and gave me a slight headache. In the morning, I asked to change rooms and was told there were only 2 available rooms. The front desk clerk made me feel like this was my problem and had a bit of an attitude when I asked to see the rooms before moving . Not great customer service! No apology and a bit of an attitude.
We stayed in a first floor room and kept the slider open the whole time. The air conditioning emitted a strong order as well.
Other friends that were staying at the hotel had an air purifier in their room. This was surely an indicator that the hotel is aware of the issue.
Another drawback is that the pool area which is lovely is not the least bit relaxing because it is directly in the flight path to the Ft. Lauderdale airport. Literally every 10 minutes there is a plane flying overhead.
Overall, the experience was less than ideal. I recommend that you stay elsewhere. This hotel needs a major renovation.

A friendly, comfortable, clean hotel we will probably come back to when visiting relatives in Boca.
Pros:

ALL staff were friendly. Room fine, bed comfortable. AC worked fine. 2nd-floor cafe was great...loved sitting outside in the morning.

Cons:

Need night light and rubber mat in bathroom (for old folks like us!). There were no luggage racks at all (2 would be nice). Lack of towel racks frustrating, especially since we kept the same towels the whole time. My one request, made online weeks before, was that we get a light blanket, since duvets are too hot for us. That was ignored. We had to pull the duvets out of their covers, and sleep under the covers + top sheets. That was a bit cool. (We care too much about the planet to just pump up the AC at night so we can tolerate a duvet! We turn AC off at night.)

Maybe add more umbrellas to the tables outside the cafe.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

Excellent in all aspects from the check in staff , cleaning staff . Rooms cleaned daily a bonus , toiletries refreshed . Pool fab . Trend cafe brilliant and a great selection . Great washing facilities too at a fair price . Cannot praise the hotel enough . We needed a fridge and it was not an issue . Worth a stay in . We stayed in the hotel itself and not the suites .

Musty smell, lack of care
Pros:

The first room we checked into, Room 527, had a musty smell but we thought it might be temporary but it bothered us all night so we asked to be moved. The second room was better but we’ve left the outside door open when we’ve been in the room as precaution.

When I looked at the second room the person from the front desk was not apologetic about the event—-as if it was commonplace. As if they knew the rooms were musty. Hoping it is not a mold issue.

We’re here for a wedding and other friends had the same experience—-and had to move rooms.

Disappointed at the lack of care at the front desk.

Also…..if you don’t mind sitting at the pool with constant planes flying overhead this is the place for you!
