Pros:

Great swimming pool (deep enough to swim a few rounds), nice big room (I got one of the mini apartments). Area nice with good restaurants and stores and street food. Gym ok.

Cons:

Breakfast seems not worth the price, so I skipped. Lobby a bit small. Street in front of the building quite busy. Room (4th floor) a bit dark. Some stuff could be renewed.

Good location and value for money 💰
Pros:

The location is great. You're in a great neighbourhood with a supermarket, pharmacy and lots of lovely cafes. The room was very large and comfortable.

Cons:

The reception area is depressing and there's no lift to the reception but the staff will help you with your cases up and down the stairs.

There's a family mart just opposite.

Even though there's house keeping service, but they dun change your bed sheets. It makes my body to itch while sleeping.

Cons:

I booked a room for my girlfriend. When she check in the receptionist charged she extra 200k viet nam dong for card room, they said when she check out they will return the money, the date she check out they didn’t return she money. We called them many times and they don’t want to refund our money.
