Pros:

From the moment ww reached the security checkin we were warmly welcomed by the amazing staff! We loved our villa and all the pools and facilities! Ww will definitely be returning when we can!

Other than the pool mistake, the entire trip was very nice.
Pros:

Mostly everything was very nice. The rooms and the property, parking etc. The pools were great.

Cons:

One server by the pool made a significant error and served a minor an alcoholic drink and then when asked about it, denied doing it and stated that she told the parents that they sould not order the drink. The child was 11 years old.

Good property, poor search company
Pros:

Been coming here for years. Family loves the pool. Good area for a family vacation.

Cons:

Booking.com is what I don’t like. Came here for years with internal interval. Never was charged for parking, 60 dollars a day with 2 cars is over 400 a week?!!! Booking.com made is seems price included everything. Beware of fine print with Booking.com

Had a great time !!!
Pros:

I love everything about the property, things for every age group to do or to just relax by the pool or in your room.

Cons:

I don’t agree with the 30.00 dollar a day parking per car if you are staying the night, that adds a lot to what we already pay.
