Pros:

Vriendelijkheid van de mevrouw bij aankomst en behulpzaam. Top vrouw.
Goed ontbijt in een mooie locatie.
De natuur buiten.

Cons:

Het raam op onze kamer sloot niet af (waaide binnen).
Ook de gordijnen maken de kamer niet donker.

Bijzondere en mooie locatie in de Hoge Kempen van waaruit leuke fietsroutes zijn te maken.

Het verblijf was leuk
Pros:

Het ontbijt vonden we te duur, weinig variatie.
Geen airco op de kamer.
Ook spijtig, de mevrouw van het ontbijt kon geen Nederlands.

Cons:

Het ontbijt kon wat uitgebreider.

Kamer 17. Verschrikkelijke rioleringsgeur. Zelfs wanneer we het venster opendeden was het nog even erg. Geen deur tss kamer badkamer dus toulet open nazr kamer, niet praktisch wanneer je niet in koppel bent. Geen zeep noch in bad noch aan lavabo, geen personeel om het te vragen s’avonds. S’morgens aan kamer personeel gevrazgd maar nooit gekregen🤨
1 lavabo en spiegel op zeer gevaarlijke manier geplaatst. Frigo maakte verl lawaai, kontakt uitgetrokken.Die kamer was zijn prijs Echt niet waard. Kamer 15 was goed en zijn prijs waard.
Ik vond het heel spijtig van mijn kamer, want het ontbijt was super, dame met blond haar aan ontbijt super vriendelijk en zeer aangenaam. kasteel heel mooi, locatie prachtig.
Dus hoorde ik graag van jullie welke kleine tegemoetkoming jullie kunnen doen voor kamer 17. Bedankt alvast

Aangenaam verblijf
Pros:

Standaardontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel . Goede uitvalsbasis voor fietsen en wandelen . Stilte in de natuur

Cons:

Hygiëne over het algemeen kan beter. De kamerdeuren zijn goed te horen. Vooral de tussendeur in de gang valt hard dicht.

Teleurstellende reactie. Een upgrate was passender geweest, zodat we toch nog eens kunnen overnachten en als goedmaker e

Helaas niet overnacht, doordat het personeel vergat de inloggegevens te appen en wij aan een gesloten deur stonden.

Cons:

De reactie op hun fout. Excuses gemaakt en dat was het. Ohja, we krijgen ons geld terug. Blijkbaar beseffen ze niet dat onze dagen weg hierdoor in de soep vallen. Nadat we 35 min in de kou hebben geprobeerd contact te zoemen, konden ‘s avonds terug naar huis rijden en de volgende dag hebben we onze plannen geannuleerd, omdat we weer thuis waren.

Prachtig kasteel, een mooie locatie net over de grens in Belgie, vlakbij Maastricht. De kamer is ruim, het uitzicht.geweldig en het ontbijt heerlijk

Cons:

Er ontbraken een paar praktische zaken zoals een waterkoker, ruimte om kleding in op te bergen of bv. een extra dekbed. Verder is het jammer dat er geen bar of restaurant is in het hotel, de.locatie is er wel heel geschikt voor.

aardig personeel,lekker ontbijt
koffie en thee gratis op de kamer

Cons:

kamer (3) en badkamer is aan renovatie toe, maar dat gaan ze vanaf 29 december ook doen. Douchen is bad niet handig voor ouderen.
Drank op kamer laten komen, glas wijn of fles cola 9 euro vind ik echt niet normaal.
