Very friendly staff with the receptionist being able to speak English, there was tv, ac and fridge with some water provided in the room, breakfast was served, parking in front of the hotel
Location of hotel a little far from city centre on foot, Build quality of beds and some furniture was not the best, the room had little lighting
The receptionist, was a really good guy making us feel comfortable
No house keeping at all, not a single day, for the whole duration of my stay (6 nights). Fridge is hardly working. Poor lighting. The wardrobe and drawers were broken. There’s literally no crockery and kitchen stuff.

El personal es super atento y majísimo. Te ayudan en todo lo que necesites. En nuestro caso íbamos con un coche de alquiler y nos ofreció aparcarlo en la puerta del hotel, lo cual fué un detallazo ya que ibamos con maletas y uno siempre quiere tener el coche seguro cuando viaja. Las mujeres del desayuno tambien super cariñosas.
Yo lo recomendaría.
Las luces de las habitaciones podrian ser mas cálidas y en general tener más luz ayudaría mucho.

This was my first stay in Turkey on a motorcycle tour from the UK, and it was exactly what I needed. Erdem was a superb and very helpful host. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the secure parking was a big bonus for my motorcycle. Outstanding value for money. I would happily recommend this hotel to other motorcycle travellers.

The pension is located in an old part of Izmir with the narrow streets and very local way of living. Overall it is OK place to stay for a few nights. I was staying for 2 weeks. I appreciate I was given large room with aircon and a small balcony. The breakfast was very modest - an egg, a few tomato and cucumber slices, cheese, sausage, marmalade, tea or coffee, bread. There was a fridge and a kettle in the room and also they provided some plates and forks which was very handy to have. The metro was 15 minutes walk downhill (back uphill, but I did not mind). There are places to eat and stores nearby, and the big shopping street in just a few block down. TV had one news channel in English.
The balcony was dirty when I arrived. During my 2 weeks stay they installed the boiler, removed the boiler and did some other work in the apartment while I was trying to work, it was rather frustrating. No cleaning was done during 2 weeks, I ran out of toilet paper and had to solve rubbish bin issue by myself. Smoking - it is not something the hotel can do much about, but they are smoking everywhere and the smoke comes to the room through open windows. The lightening could be more bright as it was hard working in the evening.
The hotel's parking was very useful since there is a hospital nearby and it's generally busy. Moreover the staff was very friendly and was willing to help. Overall very good value for money option.
