A melhor virada do ano da minha vida.
Pros:

Gostei da vista do quarto, do café da manhã, da equipe, dos jantares, do Spa.
Fomos na virada do Ano e teve uma queima de fogos lindos bem na frente do hotel, com a vista para a praia.

Cons:

Só achei meio caro pagar pelas águas do frigobar, que são de 300 ml e custam uns R$10 cada.
O restaurante no horário do almoço não é muito bom, mas existem restaurantes bons ao redor para almoçar.

Pros:

Impecável. Da recepção ao checkout, tudo perfeito. Funcionários educados e gentis, quarto espaçoso, enxoval de primeira linha, café da manhã e jantar excelentes. Já viemos muitas vezes a Natal, mas o Vogal nos fez querer voltar novamente!!

La calidez, presencia y actitud de todo el personal. El hotel es tal como se ve. Tienen muchos detalles que te hacen sentir muy bien. Ej: te dejan bombones y agua todos los dias como atencion. Esta todo impecable. Desayuno y cena variado y riquisimo. Es un 10 en todo. Volveriamos a ir. Super recomendable.

The room was very nice, the bed exceptionally comfortable, the pool area was very good with chairs and towels available, the breakfast and dinner buffet included in the fare was very good.

Accessibility was a problem since there was a huge ramp to get to the beach and the hotel staff told us many time that they didn't have a wheel chair. After 3 days in, we insisted and they realized that actually had one in storage - they could have prevented a lot of distress for my 85 year old mother. The staff at reception were not very helpful. The other point I didn't like was the fact that the hotel didn't have any service at the beach - not even water for the guests.
