The staff went so above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and cared for. I’ll never forget my experience here at this hotel. We had planned on staying for just a few days but we decided to extend our stay again and again because we never wanted to leave! We ended up spending almost a month here! One day I was so sick that I needed to go to the hospital and the hotel arranged everything for me and even accompanied me for my entire hospital stay to help translate and ease the process while I was ill. They really made us feel like family, loving and caring. Everyone was so genuinely kind, it truly touched our hearts. Best hotel in the universe!!!!

Hotel is located very strategically. Getting the taxi was not an issue. Staff at this location is excellent. They went out of their way to help which was very helpful. Laundry service was very good. Rooms at this location are big and well maintained. Noise level was excellent. Sauna, swimming pool was good. Management team at the hotel understands customer service and did a great job. I would consider staying here again.
Good location in heart of Dushanbe city. Clean and specious room, value for money.

Beside of this hotel, the palace is located and surrounded a beautiful lake. I was fully enjoyed.

From our research, likely one of the best in Dushanbe. A bit difficult to arrange transport - we booked a no-show taxi and had to walk up to the main road to flag one. Not a big deal - just expected more of a Hyatt.
A little isolated.
Anytime you arrive this hotel, you will see many cars with diplomatic registration plate!! It means that all embassies in Dushanbe prefer to book room here for their guests. Also every famous sport or art celebrity who travel to Dushanbe, consider Hyatt Regency as his/her first choice.
Services and Facilities are the same with what we know from Hyatt in Global stage and just number of breakfast buffet items is not match with this brand.
Its location is really great, adjacent to lake, Navruz Palace and Ismoili Somoni Avenue and you can go everywhere easily!

Отвратительный сервис и планировка комнаты - стеклянный туалет со стеклянной дверью. Одному жить - более-менее. Но с кем-то уже некомфортно.
Неудобные подушки и отсутствует меню подушек. Цена не соответствует качеству абсолютно. В городе есть отели намного лучше и дешевле.
Wonderful stay! Front desk, restaurant staff and housekeeping were stellar. I have been here many times from 2023-25 and always look forward to being here.
Always an amazing stay, staff has become like family and always makes you feel at home! Over the past two years I have stayed here for five months all together, nothing else compares.
