Pros:

Room was clean and tidy, Imtiaz kept in touch even before my arrival to the hotel and after my depature. I really appreciate his help with the booking and everything.

An absolutely flawless stay made by unforgettable a truly work-class team.
Pros:

Our stay at Movenpick Jeddah Tahlia was absolutely seamless, and that is entirely due to the incredible team. From the moment we arrived, the Reception Staff provided a warm and professional welcome that set the tone for our entire visit.
The dining experience was equally impressive. A huge thank you to the F&B Supervisor: Mr Mubashir Abbas and the F&B Captain: Mr.Zaynal Abedin for their top-tier service and attention to detail. I also want to give a special mention to the lady at the cafeteria—although I didn’t catch her name, her effort to accommodate every guest was truly outstanding and made us feel right at home.

I would also like to thank to the restaurant Manager and his assistant who continuously checked our needs to accommodate us.

The upkeep of our room was flawless as well. We are so grateful to the Housekeeping Manager for personally following up with us and to the entire housekeeping crew for their hard work and dedication to cleanliness particularly Mr.Anamul . Thank you all for making our stay so memorable.
