Excellent 11 days. We came after Umrah, and this was the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Pros:

Literally everything. From check in to help with baggage to room cleaning. Everything was very well executed. The staff were all welcoming from bellboy, to check-in staff to the cleaners. The hotel was very clean and well maintained.
I was expecting not to be as welcomed as I did not book via Accor. However, this did not matter. All staff were extremely welcoming and made me and my family welcome. This is how a 5 star hotel should be run!

Cons:

If there is one improvement then it would be to add a hook in the bathroom to hang clothing. Otherwise everything else was superb.

I had a very good stay. The whole hotel is very nice. Peaceful atmosphere, all the staff were friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean...Excellent room service...

Cons:

They need to be a little more careful with the pool cleaning. The entire area around the pool was clean and tidy, but the pool itself had dark mold on the edges that looked like it wasn't properly cleaned.

Pros:

I liked the cleanliness and attitude of staff but I paid 1435 riyals and didn’t get a room with a washing machine. Past times they gave us room with a washing mechine in 700-800
Riyals so i was upset at the price
