NO SOAP OR SHAMPOO OF ANY KIND PROVIDED and staff were not kind or helpful in providing any

My flight arrived much later than expected, sp there was no shuttle bus and no taxis available. The hotel sent someone to collect me, or I would have been stranded, left to walk down unfamiliar dark streets after midnight. Much appreciated 👏👏👏 for a small fee. They also gave me a large room with fantastic views. Very kind, good service.
Check out at 10 am was a bit early, but not a big thing. I would definitely stay again.
The location was really good, close to the main street and the port. I had a view to the see from my window. The room was really clean.
There was a bit of a mix-up with check-in times, but the hotel reimbursed this by allowing me to check out later.
Fantastic location next to everything . 1 min walk to the main street Via Roma . Harbour is a few minutes walk . There was street parking for our car just outside the hotel . Had a large great room with balcony with fantastic view of sea and Harbour.
The breakfast was included and very good . Hotel was super clean and beds were made daily , fresh towels etc changed daily .
