Pros:

The staff’s behavior was all very good, respectful, and kind. They even gave us a better room than the one we had booked. The room was spacious and nice; the only downside was that the bathroom fixtures were old and worn out.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Everything was good , i liked that hotel and of course like to come back again

Cons:

Great experience
Pros:

I had to book this place for my parents to stay while I was not personally there myself and they had a fantastic experience during their stay and felt very safe and comfortable. The staff and the manager (who happens to speak Farsi as well) were super nice in helping my parents with their request and questions and even organized a fairly priced bus for them to cross the border into Iran.

Rude staff and no blanket
Cons:

The staff were very rude, they kept making comments about my dogs hair although we booked the room just because it was only pet friendly hotel in van
Room was very dirty and dusty and there was one little blanket for 2 of us,when we asked for extra blanket they said we dont have extra blanket and I was forced to sleep with my overcoat as blanket 😭
