Pros:

Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen und wie man in den Ferien ist (auch wenn nur für eine Nacht).
Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Man merkt, dass das Hotel sehr organisiert ist.
Ich werde sehr gerne wieder Sheraton Milan buchen.
