Fine for basic, local travel or just a place to sleep and shower. Not for business travel.
Pros:

The staff was accommodating and quickly responded to my requests. They offered water, coffee, and tea that were not in the room upon arrival.

Cons:

Small with no desk space, no hair dryer, and no iron. I am used to American hotels and business amenities that I needed for this trip. The sheets had stains that I couldn't tell if they were clean, and they did not have pillows with sheets covers, just for decoration.

Never expected from fab hotel franchise

Cons:

Owner rude behaviour, not cleaned , room was not spacious and the most important it is not worth more than Inr500 rs a day.

Pathetic hotel
Pros:

Nothing, it was a pathetic property. I left within an hour

Cons:

It was unhygienic. Mosquitoes were lying dead. Bedsheet was not clean. Towel was dirty. Washroom was pathetic with all urine marks.
