Très bon emplacement, chambre correcte mais qui mérite quelques rénovations et un peu plus de propreté.
Pros:

Nous avons adoré l’emplacement avec une proximité avec tous les restaurants et bars ainsi que la plage.

Cons:

Nous avions des draps qui comportaient des taches, nous n’avons pas trouvé la chambre d’une propreté extrême (cheveux, taches). Le petit déjeuner était très vite vide et froid. Personnel gentil et qui répond aux demandes mais parfois qui manque de professionnalisme.

Location was great.. plenty of options around..staff were great

Cons:

SMOKING IN THE BUILDING!!! HORRIBLE...stink smell of smoke outside of our room..we were next to the lift and smoking ashtray there...why they allow to still do this is beyond me....go outside.. that's about the only issue

Amazing breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast was so much more than I expected! There are so many choices to choose from, even fresh fruits and salad! The location is also great, so many different restaurants nearby to choose from, and only a few minute walking distance to the beach. The bed is huge, bathroom is always clean, and staff are very friendly and helpful

Great location, though a bit pricey for Vietnam
Pros:

Location, room size, ocean view and Reception Staff were wonderful.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was terrible - food options, service and staff. The Breakfast staff grunted at you upon arrival, didn't turn on the power to any of the food trays, coffee makers, toasters, played loud utube videos on their phones and didn't provide any service all while openingly coughing walking around the Breakfast Bistro.

Nettes Hotel in Strand Nähe
Pros:

Nettes Hotel, sauber, freundliches Personal, super Lage, nur 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt.
Sehr charmante kleine Straßen mit vielen Restaurants und Spa's drumherum.
Hat mir gut gefallen 😊

Cons:

Leider sind die Türen überhaupt nicht gedämmt...falls jemand einen leichten Schlaf hat ist es eher ungeeignet. Für mich wars weitgehend ok.

Incredible value for money in a great location of Da Nang
Pros:

The hotel was in an excellent location, close to restaurants, shops, and bars. The beach was also super close by, which was lovely. The view from our room was lovely, and we could see the beach/water. The rooftop pool was gorgeous, and the view was incredible. The room was nice and clean, with a really nice modern bathroom with a great shower. The staff were also very nice.

Cons:

The only negative we had was we used the laundry service and we lost an item of clothing as well as an item or two was either stained or shrunk which was slightly frustrating.

Buffet breakfast choices are not good. We paid for it but ended up eating else where. We forfeited the vouchers. There was no fresh milk, weak coffee. Instant noodles were not appeal etc..
