Pros:

Private beach and tiki bar were nice. Safe place to stay with multiple places to eat in walking distance.

Cons:

Pool could stay open later, pool does not need to be heated. It is not refreshing.

Children had fun. Excellent beach bar service! Chairs clean!!

Cons:

Parking garage too expensive.
Checking in and out was a nightmare. Although
I paid ahead for 5 rooms, I was still asked to pay upon checking in. Only after showing receipts and bank statements was I somewhat believed. When I left, my room was still under the study of the management. I will not use Booking.com again!

Me senti descriminada por el señor de las sombrillas de playa porque no quería 2 sillas solo 1 y Poreso me tenía que sentar en la parte de atras en la habitacion los zafacones no tenían bolsas y cuando limpiaban la habitacion no ponian paper de toilet ni cervilletas y no limpiaban el piso

Phenomenal Service
Pros:

My experience here has been phenomenal. We had Mark as a server and he is amazing. He made my friend and I feel right at home. Service is top notch. Also, Patrick is amazing too. He does such a great job cleaning the beach. He is very kind. His is the perfect person to have on the beach.

Beautiful private beach!
Pros:

The private beach is perfect thanks to Mark and Patrick. Mark welcomes you and finds the perfect spot for you to spend the day. Patrick makes sure the beach is clean and safe. Highly recommend!

I love watching the beachfront even dou it was partial from the balcony. I like that I could walk to hear the music from other hotel . But everything was great.

Cabana Mark is an amazing soul. Like clockwork, he’s opened the beach at 7 everyday of our trip! Always smiling and welcoming! Worth his weight in gold, pay him well!
