The location was great and the hotel was clean, quiet and we just loved it! Parking was so easy.
There was nothing g really that we didn't like.
Hotel was clean and fresh. Beach was reasonably nice. Location was perfect. Parking was good although $25 per day was a little steep. Attached restaurant was fine for a drink. Problem was couldn't charge to the room.
We absolutely should have been alerted prior to our trip that there would be horrendously noisy construction/maintenance going on all day every day starting at 8am. We probably would have chosen to relocate as we could not sleep in and could not take a nap. We were exhausted and happy to go home. I gave this information to David the GM on 2/6 before we left on 2/7 asking for some consideration due to the circumstances. I've yet to hear back, not even an apology.
No hot tub
The hotel staff was amazing! They all were super friendly and the restaurant/bar was great!
Everything was very clean!
Nothing
AC worked well
The shower leaked out onto the floor each day. The shower head was poor. The cable didn't work well at all, the sound and picture kept failing.
The location, the private entry to the beach was perfect.
The room wasn’t as clean as have would liked. The property also doesn’t include basic hotel amenities such as up to date tooth paste.
Beach Access
Parking fee was not included. Room was not ready and it was 3pm. No view of the beach. Floor of the room was sandy dirty for 2 days. It was my anniversary, my good morning celebration was interrupted with AC repairs. Drinks at bar overpriced. Check out was very rude.
The servers in CABANAS GRILL (Ashley and Joel) Restaurant were very nice.
Maintenance people and Housekeeping did not clean my room until I went to Front desk to report that my room was dirty for two days. Also, I noticed couple roaches in my room and the maintenance people wait for too long to take care of it. You guys really need to contract a Pet Control Company to fix this issue.
The pool was was nice as well as the live music at the bar next to the pool. The beach area was clean.
The room was very outdated, some stains on the floor. The elevator has rips on the rug and the wall paper. One of the elevators was out of order. The main door was broken too the staff had to manually open it. The bathroom had some small holes on the wall.
I like the location. It was close to the concert venue and a few bars.
Nobody told us when we checked in that we needed our keys in order to leave the parking garage. We had a 3 hour drive back home, and got stuck in there. Had to call and explain that we had left our keys in the room which is typical when you check out. The lady told us we had to come back inside to get a key to use. When we got in, we were tired and a little grumpy that we weren’t told this. And were met with a man telling us to relax which seemed a bit rude. I could tell the guy at the front was nervous to make sure he covered everything but I would have rather been told about needing the key to leave/check out than beach/pool towel access. Since bringing your key to your car isn’t normal when leaving somewhere. And he didn’t give us our ticket back which was another way to get out
We were not told that that we could not being our own cooler also the pool was closed the whole time we were there
Too many’s regulations and we were not able to bring a cooler and oool was closed
I never expect to pay for parking my car when I stay in a hotel. Should always be covered in the price of the room. I don’t like unexpected charges when I travel I worked for the Sheraton/Westin corporation for over 40 years and we always took care of ever customers parking charges that stayed with us some of your employees deserve raises. Tiffany. Marich. Mariah. And especially Jace they are very customer service oriented and helped make our stay pleasant. And Mel works her tail off daily
