All the rules and if you say partial ocean view you need to say thw other part of the view is the parking garag
Great location
Killed 7 giant roaches the first night and 3 more the second night. When we complained the staff admitted they knew about the bug problem but did not offer anything to compensate.

Clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Room Had a small refrigerator and microwave. Reasonable priced drinks that were good. Pool and beach staff were so nice and came around often. It’s a solid 3 star rating in my opinion. A small boutique style hotel with a restaurant. There is a liquor store across the street. A great Italian restaurant within walking distance , The Gondola
A trolley stop right outside the hotel which is great if you do not rent a car.
Ice only on the 1 st floor and more or less an outside area.

Love the private beach and how convenient to walk places.
There were very few outlets in the room.
This is our first time at the Gulf side. The location is great. Everything is in walking distance. The employees here are so attentive and welcoming. Victor at the front desk has such an amazing personality. We will be back!!!
I loved the Location & staff was nice.
I hate you have to pay for parking and aren’t notified until you are there. Also didn’t like having to pay for beach chairs everyday when the beach isn’t big enough the lay out towels or set up other chairs. I feel like they should be included considering there is no other alternative to sitting at the beach without renting a chair. Just feels like a money pit.
