kommen immer wieder gerne ins radisson blu. sehr nettes personal, sehr guter service, ausgezeichnetes frühstücksbuffet

The hotel delivered a good experience, great breakfast and spa.
Cons:

They need to have a transfer from the hotel to the ski Lift & train station. Everyone that is skiing has to walk the 400m carrying skis in their boots. For such a big hotel with so many staff members - one person should be running a shuttle up & down (even in a golf cart). We had to walk to the train station lugging all our luggage at 06h00 in the morning because the staff member who could take us to the train only started work at 07h30. Not acceptable to make us walk dragging luggage to the train.

We had a great and comfortable stay and would recommend it.
Pros:

Service was great.
Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of bread, pastries, cereal, hot eggs and a few extra dishes you can order as well.
The rooms were clean and the pool facility with sauna was great too. The pool has a beautiful view of the mountain.
Hotel had a gear rental shop right opposite which was very convenient for us.

Cons:

Everything was great, I think if I had to comment for other guests reference is that the Gondola is around 7-10 mins walk from the hotel. With kids expect that might be a bit of a walk (with their ski gear on) but with adults I think its reasonable distance by to the Gondola for convenience.

Comfy hotel in Andermatt
Pros:

Modern and clean facilities, great breakfast buffet. Quiet location.

Cons:

Wellness / pool area closes at 8pm, which feels early for a premium alpine resort during skiing season. On day of departure, I was refused to use the wellness / pool area post checkout. Can't remember the last time a premium hotel took this stance, a bit unneccessary end to an otherwise nice stay

Tolles Personal, wunderschöne Zimmer

Der Spa Bereich ist eine Katastrophe !!

Viel zu viele Gäste (wohl auch von ausserhalb des Hotels) werden angenommen.
Die Sauna war jeden Tag übervoll. Die Gäste werden nicht instruiert- man sieht Männer auf Handys schauend vor der Glastür der Sauna.
Offensichtlich sind viele internationale Gäste dort, denen die Gepflogenheiten nicht bekannt sind. Mit Badehose und Badeanzug ohne Badetuch in der 90 C Sauna !
So entsteht eine Zweiklassengesellschaft: die europ. Gäste, die wissen wie man sich in einer Sauna benimmt in Europa und die internationalen Gäste, die offensichtlich nicht aufgeklärt wurden.

Das Hotel schickt noch nicht einmal Mitarbeiter(innen) in den Bereich um etwas für Ordnung zu sorgen.

Sehr schade, denn das Hotel hat eigentlich eine bessere Beurteilung verdient
