Frühstück war sehr gut, ein sehr schönes Buffet, das Zimmer war sehr schön und gross und sauber.

Cons:

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr unmotiviert und nicht sehr zuvorkommend.
Auch wurden wir nicht darüber informiert, dass man für das Abendessen im Hotel-eigenen Restaurant reservieren sollte und mussten dann am Abend noch eine Stunde auf einen Tisch warten.

Pool area is less of a SPA but more a playground for children. Would be great if one could still use the ski lockers during the day of check-out.

Excellent price-quality, very friendly staff, great experience.
Pros:

The hotel is very new and in perfect condition. The pool is huge and spa/sauna area quite nice. The breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

The hotel has a corporate feel which is bit jarring in the mountains. The beds were oddly hard.

Ich finde das Dorf um das Hotel zu kahl. Es fehlen Bäume, zu viel Beton. Sollte lieblicher werden, finde ich.

Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Lage - in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zur Skipiste und ins Dorf.
Das Zimmer war schön hell und geräumig.
Matratze war super, nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart, haben super geschlafen.
Lokales Angebot beim Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Der Spa Bereich war eine Enttäuschung. Die Frau am Empfang super freundlich und macht ihren Job top.
... aber der Sauna und Pool-Bereich, nicht. Saunabereich deutlich zu klein für die Größe vom Hotel und zu Stoßzeiten überfüllt. Der Bereich soll textilfrei sein, wird nicht eingehalten. Leider war der Fußboden im Saunabereich des öfteren dreckig und voller Haare. Die wenigen Liegen im Ruhebereich reserviert für Stunden ohne das jemand sich dort aufgehalten hat. Am Pool waren mehr Liegen, dort ist der Lärmpegel verständlicherweise ein anderer.
Der Pool ist großzügig aber eher kalt. Für Kinder und Schwimmer ein Highlight, zum entspannen etwas zu kalt.

Das Hotel Design und die Lage, tolles Frühstück und sehr gutes Restaurant, Saunabereich klein aber schön

Cons:

Wellness Sauna etwas klein, obwohl die Sauna ohne Textilien betreten werden sollte gehen viele mit Badehosen rein. Sollte man besser Kennzeichnen. Ev Poolbereich und Saunabereich besser abtrennen da Kinder im Saunabereich trinken gehen.
