Un hôtel absolument pas à la hauteur de ses 4 étoiles

Le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Pas de sourire, pas d’effort pour parler le français qui est pourtant une langue nationale et surtout une caution bancaire astronomique. Ce qui est de plus en plus rare et inacceptable pour une chambre d’hôtel. Pour un appartement c’est compréhensif mais pour une 1 nuit en chambre d’hôtel c’est incompréhensif. Concernant la cuisine, il faut faire un sérieux effort lorsqu’on lave une salade : trouver des moucherons morts pour un 4 étoiles c’est intolérable.

Heerlijk bed en kussens, mooie ruime kamer, parkeren onder hotel

Cons:

Kreeg eerst kamer naast de lift, nieuwe gevraagd. In juni is er weinig horeca open in Andermatt. Maar prima pizzaatje gegeten bij Spycher aan de bar.

Etablissement neuf. Grand Lit et salle de bain. Petit déjeuner excellent. Personnel cordial

Cons:

Restaurant très cher le soir. Eclairage mal travaillé. Parking payant. Un peu loin du coeur de la station dans un endroit sand grand âme.
