It was cheap to stay there. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice to have washing machines available.
A bit remote for using public transport and definitely not walkable. However the Grab app solved that problem.

Good hotel but terrible location
Pros:

This is clean nice comfortable hotel room but the location is one of if not the worst in Bangkok. It takes at least 15 minutes to walk out to the nearest convenience store. 4 different drivers got lost and couldn't find the hotel when I am on my way home. The location on their Google Map is not updated properly. The hotel should do more to bring in a tuktuk or at least offer better signages around the areaa few hundred metre leading up to the hotel. I got lost in the taxi for 30 minute. It can be very dangerous at night especially for a girl. I will not go back to stay at this hotel again.

Comfortable stay at a great price

I had a very comfortable stay. It seemed like it was a newly built hotel. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The staffs are very nice also.

gepflegtes Hotel an etwas ungünstiger Lage.
Pros:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei diesem Hotel ist gut. Das Hotel liegt an einer etwas abgelegenen Lage; nicht einmal die Taxifahrer vom Standort Chatuchak fanden es auf anhieb.
Am Zimmer ist nichts auszusetzten. Es war sauber und neuwertig eingerichtet.
Schade dass kein Frühstücksmöglichkeit bestand.
Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit.
Der Chatuchack Markt ist zu weit entfernt. Will man diesen besuchen bieten sich bessere Hotels an.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing is the location of the hotel is far away from the nearest MRT station. You will have to use a motorcycle ferry or a taxi. Apart from that I am verry happy with the service I received. Many Thanks.

A little gem in a lively neighbourhood
Pros:

Our group stayed for 10 days as part of our volunteering trip to Bangkok. The staff made us welcome and helped with lots of local things that we required i.e. taxis (use Grab), and food. We really appreciated their helpfulness and that they spoke English.
The only concern we had was the policy regarding putting marks on towels and linen. It seems that it is very important that guests take extra care with keeping everything clean. Fair enough. I spoke to management about the notes that we all received and encouraged them to speak to guests about the problems. It was a pleasant conversation and good understandings were made.
PS - this isn't a typical tourist location :D

I'll start with the positive, I will say this is a new hotel, clean, good value. The other reviews seems suspicious to me, noting it is quiet. It is off the beaten path which is a plus minus. I actually already submitted this review , so now I wonder where it went, since it was not so positive. The price is certainly right, but our taxi and the other one circled the tiny Ali for half an hour, the name does not match exactly, sign outside 2 Expedia. If your in dire need of rest, you better be a very sound sleeper or have ear plugs, the hallway and doors, then Maids talking and laughing, during afternoon outside my room, shattered my jet-lagged sleep. Most of the staff does not understand English at all. Trying to walk anywhere to find as example BTS or non junk food Western style, is absolutely dangerous. I have been in Thailand and number of times so I am no inexperienced tourist at all. Well this place is clean and decent, it is not easily accessible, and I would suggest they offer a golf cart shuttle or something to help their guess safely get around.

Pros:

We were family of 3, so we request to add an extra bed for our child. They can add extra bed with fee of 400B and it solves our problem as our child is only 4 years old. The property is in a quiet area, but it suits us as we usually use taxi via Grab Taxi app service. The price is good and it is close to our friend's place. They also have many parking space.

Pros:

The hotel is brand new and have a lot of parking space. The room is very big and have very good function (long desk to put stuff and work with notebook as they have lan outlet and free strong wifi). Full size fridge, big closet, kettle to boil water and hair dryer include in this price, I think it is very good value. Although the location seems to be in alley, but can give you good night sleep as it is more quiet. With a short walk from the back gate, it ll lead you into a small night market area and a grocery store is just located at the next building.
