Pros:

Second stay here - great location in a comfortable older style hotel

We had a good stay overall.
Pros:

The location was excellent. It is close to many tour site.

Cons:

Old. The AC was not cool enough and the system struggled to provide cool air.
Breakfast could be improved. Waiting on food several times. Not enough variety of food selection.

Очень чисто ,хорошее месторасположение.

Cons:

Номер очень маленький,окно выходит во двор колодец,в который не попадает даже свет. Шум от лифтов очень слышен. Отправила костюм в прачечную он вернулся на размер меньше и грязный

Wonderful staff, location and city.
Pros:

The location is brilliant and the staff were so nice. The rooms are good and beds comfy. Breakfast was lovely too.

An unforgettable stay with outstanding service, an incredible location and breathtaking views.
Pros:

Everything about our stay was exceptional, but what truly stood out was the staff. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived. They allowed us to access our room earlier than the official check-in time, helped us with our luggage, arranged a taxi for us, and assisted with every request in such a friendly and professional way. They even accommodated a special request of mine, which made our stay feel even more personal and memorable.

The location near the Colosseum was absolutely fantastic, and throughout our stay we genuinely felt that choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions we could have made in Rome. The Sky Bar was another highlight – the view is simply breathtaking and created an unforgettable atmosphere. Staying here was not just about having a place to sleep; it became part of our Rome experience and left us with memories we will keep forever.

Cons:

There is honestly nothing negative we could say about our stay. Everything met or exceeded our expectations, from the service and location to the overall atmosphere of the hotel.

Hermoso hotel a pasos del coliseo
Pros:

Nos quedamos una sola noche antes de regreso a nuestro país, y fue una muy buena experiencia. El Hotel con una decoración muy romana en un barrio precioso muy cerca del Coliseo y de Monti donde hay muchas trattorias típicas italianas.

Comfortable and Convenient
Pros:

It was in a very convenient location for our part of the trip. 5 mins walk to Colosseum and 15 min was to Piazza di Trevi square. I appreciated 2 bathrooms, traveling with a family extra bathroom goes a long way. Breakfast with a view was wonderful. I am glad it was part of the hotel cost, to reduce any surprises.
