La amabilidad del personal y la terraza/vistas desde el comedor

Cons:

Para acceder a las habitaciones, tienes que dar vueltas de un ascensor a otro. Van muy lentos. Necesitas 10 minutos solo para salir del hotel. No ofrecen planchas de ropa en las habitaciones, tienes que ir a un cuarto general a planchar. Para ser un 4 estrellas deberían renovar las instalaciones y también las habitaciones/añadir nuevos secadores y agua de cortesía como en el resto de los hoteles de esa categoría.

Perfect location exactly what we were looking for
Pros:

Central location, all staff very helpful and friendly.
Roof top bar was perfect, a bit pricey but worth it, views amazing.
Room clean and bed comfortable

Cons:

It was noisy outside the front of the hotel in the early morning (4/5ish) when the bins were emptied.
Hotel was a bit dated but nothing that spoilt our stay.
There was repair work around the area to the various monuments which restricted access so had to walk the longer way round.

Pros:

Расположение ,чисто, хороший завтрак...

Cons:

Был сбой с получением визы, на несколько дней опоздали, отель не пошёл ни на какие уступки по'смене даты заселения, мы по сути провели в нём вдвое меньше времени чем оплатили..
Так при выселении ещё за бутылку воды из бара насчитали. 👎

Pros:

The hotel is located across the Forum and the breakfast has a stunning view of it. The breakfast always had scrambled eggs and bacon, really nice cheese and cold cuts options, a huge variety of pastries - I really enjoyed it! The staff was very friendly too

Cons:

The room was very small - but this is the only disadvantage, otherwise everything was just excellent

Great location and a very clean and characterful hotel
Pros:

The location was great and the breakfast view was amazing

Cons:

There was some loud construction outside that made the hotel hard to get to. The hotel didn’t warn us about this or tell us how to get there, which would have been useful.

Lindo hotel, excelente atención
Pros:

Un lugar muy cómodo y agradable para hospedarse. Todo está bien cuidado y pensado para que la estadía sea tranquila. La atención fue excelente, siempre muy amables y atentos a cualquier necesidad. Sin duda, una muy buena experiencia.

Cons:

Fue difícil encontrar el lugar debido a los numerosos arreglos y trabajos que hay en los alrededores

Ideal location and a comfortable old worldly atmosphere in the hotel
Pros:

Loved the panoramic view of the Roman forum.the breakfast was a good standard. Would have preferred a boiled egg instead of scrambled egg and fresh orange juice. Friendly helpful staff.

Cons:
