Overall good experience. Front desk was pleasant and efficient. Catering service was on point and even went out of their way to provide GF and vegan options when needed. Breakfast crew was friendly. Room itself, while not extraordinary, was in good standing condition. Bed was comfortable and bathroom had necessary equipments.

Pros:

The only remark we have is on the table service in the lounge. My husbands beer glass stayed empty on the table for at least 20 minutes.
Other than that, it was a very friendly and super comfortable place to stay for a very reasonable price.

Check in was good. Room was clean. The lounge was the only place open to eat. The waiter/ Bartender paid attention to the people sitting right at the bar. I had to go ask for menus. When he finally came over to take our order the beer taps were not working properly and the selection of other beers was limited. We could have ordered something else, but we were in the mood for a beer and a burger. The place seemed under staffed and inexperienced. Morning check out ladies were not much help. To busy talking to other workers then attending to patrons who wanted to check out. I will not recommend anyone to stay there.

Pros:

Our room did not smell good and the cleaning staff who randomly came to check did not care. The a/c was blasting in almost October in our room and we had to call twice to get it turned off. Only one elevator was working and the included breakfast was not great.

The stay was lovely. The pool area is relaxing, the beds were lovely, and breakfast was decent. Other than only one working elevator and it being very slow we will stay here again.

Pros:

The only bad part was the bar and grill.
Walked out after 15 mins and no one looked at me.once during that time.
I.was sitting 12' from the bar. And a no time did any of the three "caught my eye" to let me know that theynwould be with me as soon as possible

The pool was nice but the light were not working so it was very dark. Staff were nice as well but there were cigarette burn holes in the blankets and the restaurant in the hotel was terrible
