Great Location Premium Experience
Pros:

The room was clean and the hotel had different meal options for breakfast. The location was really good and easy accessible by MRT and LRT trains.

Cons:

Although the room was on the 17 floor, it was noisy since it was facing the main intersection of Jalan Ampang and Sultan Ismail. They did provide ear plugs but it was not comfortable to use them. The pool was good but too small for all guests of various hotels using it. The housekeeper (maid) was a male and not comfortable if your female partner is alone in the room..

A premium stay that is worth every dollar for the experience and facilities.
Pros:

We stayed here with our two-year-old toddler and loved every minute of it! From the fantastic outdoor and indoor playgrounds to the swimming pool and impressive breakfast spread, everything exceeded our expectations.

It is rare for us to visit Kuala Lumpur and not feel the need to explore the city, but this hotel had so much to offer that we were perfectly happy spending most of our time there. A wonderful, family-friendly stay that we would gladly return to!

Cons:

The room rates are understandably higher than those of an average hotel, but we felt the overall experience and family-friendly facilities made it worth the extra cost. One minor downside is that weekend nights can occasionally be a little noisy due to motorcycles on the nearby roads.

Cons:

The rooms are extremely noisy because of the street traffic. We got our room changed to a higher floor but even then traffic noise kept us awake all night

Cons:

I was surprised to discover that both hotels Renaissance and Four Points
share virtually all the same facilities, including the swimming pool, Kids Club, and even the breakfast venue and offerings!!! Why should I choose your 5 stars hotel to share all the facilities with a four stars hotel, even though the breakfast!!!

Considering that I paid RM1,100 per night for a King Room, while a room at Four Points costs approximately RM600 per night and can even accommodate two King Beds, I genuinely struggle to understand the value difference between the two properties.

This raises a simple question: if the facilities, breakfast, and overall guest experience are essentially the same, why should I choose to stay at your hotel in the future instead of Four Points?
