One of the best stays I had. Nice views nice receptionist. Also very high standard breakfast indeed.

I have to mention Mr Ridkzwan, he works well, his efficient really help both hotel and guests a lot. Friendly and helpful, we can see what a role model should be from Mr Ridkzwan.

1. The first night the room was extremely noisy, the motorcycle noise was roaring until 5am in the morning. Couldn’t sleep all night. They help me change my room the second day
2. The housekeeping was poor.
3. Front desk seems not very knowledgeable, took very long time to check in and check out.

Engagement with the sales team—especially Crystal—was effortless and outstanding. She guided us through the entire process, from building the relationship to securing our training slots. We didn’t even need a site visit; everything was handled online and by phone, yet the experience exceeded expectations. Crystal recommended a training room that suited our group, managed the agreement for the venue, and kept our rates fixed throughout. When we requested an earlier setup, her team accommodated us and ensured everything was ready, which gave us extra time to explore KL with family on Sunday.

On the event days, the front desk team (Athirah, Sharifah, Puteri and others) provided full support, and operations runner Fitri was present throughout, ensuring smooth activities and excellent food service. The team even surprised us with a cake—an example of their dedication to first-class service. If you prefer international cuisine, the Renaissance hotel restaurant is a great choice; we personally enjoyed local dishes like nasi goreng hence Four Point is our choice!. Overall, a solid event team—looking forward to our next event (see you next month!).

Stayed 2 nights at Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel & Convention Centre, and unfortunately, it did not live up to its 5-star rating.

Positive:
We arrived early in the morning, and check-in was smooth. We appreciated being allowed to use the R Club Lounge while waiting for our room.

Room & Cleanliness:
The room was dusty and did not feel properly cleaned — it seemed like only visible areas were maintained. Lighting was also poorly balanced, with dim living and bedroom areas but overly bright bathroom lighting.

Lounge:
Food options were repetitive, with minimal variation each day. More concerning was the cleanliness of utensils, which often appeared dirty.

Elevators (Major Issue):
Out of six elevators, only 3–4 were working. Wait times were 15–20 minutes during busy hours. We even saw staff trying to fix a stuck elevator. The explanation given (too many guests) was not acceptable. The key card system was also unreliable, sometimes directing guests to the wrong floors.

Pool Area:
The pool floor was extremely slippery, including the kids’ pool. My son slipped and got bruised, and I saw several other children fall. The pool was also overcrowded and not relaxing at all.

Noise:
Despite staying on the 14th floor, street noise was very loud. I woke up at 1 AM both nights and couldn’t sleep until around 4 AM. Even noise-canceling earbuds didn’t help. The fact that earplugs are provided says a lot.

Conclusion:
While the initial service was good, the overall experience was far below expectations. Cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and noise issues made the stay very uncomfortable. I would not return.

Everything was fine except for the breakfast buffet pricing. Charging 50% for a 6-year-old seems a bit excessive, especially since my child is a small eater. I had to pay RM58 for just two pancakes.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, yet the room was surprisingly quiet. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Especially the front office staff who was check-in us in, she was very helpful and friendly (forgot to check her name). Shout out to her for making us stay feel at home. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, with a great view. Just a bit disappointed with the sink in the bathroom, the sink is clogged. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. Highly recommended and I will definitely be returning to bring my kids back here. They are very happy! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay during our recent visit, made even more special thanks to Nurul Syahirah. She thoughtfully arranged a complimentary room decoration and birthday cake for our celebration, which truly exceeded our expectations.

Everything was beautifully prepared, and the effort put into making the occasion memorable did not go unnoticed. It added a personal and heartfelt touch to our stay, making it a truly delightful experience for us and our family.

We sincerely appreciate the excellent service and attention to detail. Thank you, Nurul Syahirah, for going above and beyond—we absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be returning!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to AFOM Zackuan for his outstanding service and warm hospitality throughout my stay. He ensured that I was well taken care of and that my room met all expectations, making my experience truly pleasant and comfortable.

I would also like to extend my gratitude to Lim at the Front Desk for her excellent service. She was attentive, professional, and handled everything efficiently, contributing greatly to a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Overall, I am very happy with my experience and truly appreciate the efforts of the team.

Was pleasantly upgraded to a suite at check in. Suite was spacious, clean and comfortable.
Had cocktail and breakfast at the R Club on the 25th. Plenty of quality food and drinks options.
Excellent service by staff at reception and R Club.
Only problem was the noise from the cars and bikes at night.
Could hardly sleep.
Unfortunately only realised the ear plugs at the bedside in the morning.

The kids had an absolute blast during our stay, thanks to the excellent children’s activities and the fun pool area. The hotel’s location is also very convenient — just a short walk to the monorail station and surrounded by plenty of great dining options in the Doraisamy and Dang Wangi area. Unfortunately, the nights were a completely different story.

After a full day of activities, we were looking forward to a good night’s sleep, but it turned into a nightmare. From around 1am to 5am, we were constantly disturbed by the loud revving of motorcycles racing along the main road. The noise was relentless on both nights of our stay. While the kids were exhausted enough to sleep through it, the adults struggled badly. We made our complaints to the staff but unfortunately there is nothing they could do.

Important note: I would strongly recommend against staying here if your room faces the main road, or staying there at all if you are light sleeper as the noise would echo all over the building. The traffic noise at night makes it very very difficult to rest. I was so relief to check out and return home.

Everything was great and really appreciate their service.

We reached earlier than expected and wanted to pay more for early check-in to rest. Unfortunately, there weren't any rooms available but the staff made sure to call when it became available. I was very grateful she was attentive to our needs as we requested for a connecting room. There was plenty of things to do, quite easy to get around and also breakfast was yummy!

Spacious room, but the USB port didn’t work and no update was given. Great breakfast service thanks to Mr. Doni for his hospitality.
