It was fine
Pros:

Perfect for kids and conferences

Cons:

2 Elevators were not working, so sometimes you had to wait 10min for an elevator.
We received a letter under the door that MotoGP event would cause some disturbance, for 2 nights the kids and us were awake between 1-5 because of motor cycles making extreme noise. I assume you would expect some heads-up when booking.
We first stayed at the Shangri-La, 5min down the road. Much better price-quality.

Please give guests the flexibility to watch Netflix and YouTube, especially children.

Cons:

Floor have dusty , no maintenance staff came to fix the door, while the lock from the inside was broken and not safe for my family while sleeping.. smart tv but can't open youtube and netflix, while the hotel concept is more for children but my child is bored and can't watch his favorite story..

Not value for money.. no priviledge for booking a suite
Pros:

No bathing soap for tub.. bathing soap so little.. no mini bar.. late checking.. complementary birthday setup not so much.. breakfast table so cramp amd need to que, saw allow other people to cut que.. many lift out of order
