Everything! It was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to. There were bugs everywhere in the rooms. We had to change rooms as our first one smelled awful because the window was left open and it was by the lake so the room reeked. The curtain was hanging out of the window so there were multiple bugs everywhere. The bathroom ceiling tile was falling down. The shower and bathroom was so dirty and unsanitary! The water didn’t drain properly. The second room the bathroom light didn’t work properly. There were bugs in there. The tv was broken. The door wouldn’t open half the time. It was seriously the most disgusting place I’ve ever seen or stayed at and I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Deplorable that you don’t have microwaves in the rooms or breakfast included. We went to breakfast and spent 26$ for buffet and they had already put up half the stuff when there was still supposed to be an hour left of breakfast. The eggs were hard and crusted. Nothing to drink. This was the most awful service and place ever!

I still have not got my deposit back, and the bar was inconvenient. I didn't like the people not guest wondering in all night. I also didnt like the fact that my 20 year old couldn't go in the bar and play pool because you had to be 21 to even enter. The restaurant was a good but it stopped taking food order at 930 pm and closes at 10pm . I got there at 930 and was hungry.

The smell of cigarettes is so strong.. With posters about how you'll be charged extra if you smoke. As someone who doesn't smoke, I couldn't tolerate to sleep here and demanded a refund.. That refund has yet to Come.

Be prepared to wait 15 minutes per person in line to check-in and check-out. The room strongly stank. The toilet didn’t work. There is no maintenance on site, also no usable plunger, because it “was in someone’s room”. We sat on a normal looking chair, but the seat was actually not attached to the frame, resulting in a fall-through. The shower has very high water pressure. The front desk, who earlier told me no one else was there, and therefore could not assist with the non-working toilet, knocked on our door after midnight to offer additional pillow and blanket which we did not ask for.

Outdated, rested hinges on bathroom door, tub peeling, wallpaper in hallway was falling off, outside door handle was broken and door did not lock. Needs some serious work.

Someone tried to get in our room at 230am. Thankfully I locked the top lock so they failed. They had a key though

No towels at the pool. And the pool was so cold, we couldn't stay in there for more than a few minutes.

It’s older and run down. Areas in the rooms, bathrooms and common areas haven’t been cleaned in a long time.
The layout is odd but I won’t hold that again the property. The receptionist checking us in was impolite and unskilled.
