Awesome place. Got more than a fair price. Great amenities and friendly employees. A nice place to stay. Reggie was extremely helpful and endearing to our needs. Will definitely recommend and come back to this hotel.

Mr. Reggie was so hospitable checking me in, he helped me to my room and gave me a 5 star interaction and showed that he cares.

I had a deposit issue with the front desk but the front desk was so kind and welcoming. The staff were amazingly helpful with getting my room set up. I just want to say thank you to Reggie and all of the new management.

Had a pleasant check in with Reggie… he hooked us up with the security deposit… he was able to make the check in process easy and affordable…. I thought I was going to have to cancel my reservations but no!!! He helped us out even upgraded our room and waived the parking fee which is $16 a night…. …………………………………………………………………………………………………

Not even closest to cruiseport but cheapest. Greeted by hookers in the street, outside lobby doors smelled of pot. Inside checkin was slow. Room barely made the muster. It was a king bed and there was hit water. Only there for a night

Reggie is the best concierge I have ever worked with in the State of California. He is polite, professional, and a credit to the hotel. I have stayed at the Ramada during my travels for 2 years, 4 or 5 times each year. Somehow I always run into him. Smiling and helping customers. I love the bay view and the service I receive every time i come here. Thank you for making my work trips better.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and spacious. Very comfortable and with a beautiful view during the day and night staying in the upper floor. I highly recommend for others.

I decided to come visit San Diego for a quick trip. My wife and I were immediately greeted by Reggie. He was so accommodating and willing to tell us about the best places to eat. He was so attentive and friendly. I would definitely come back because of him.

Hi there! This is Bailey, I stayed thos October 2025 and had a great time. Reggie at the front-desk was very very friendly and helped get me and my roommate checked-in with ease. Brings a lot more character and personality than a regular hotel which is always appreciated instead of some overdone corporate vibe.

The price for the place was extremely reasonable, affordable parking, and very tidy room.

I reccomend checking out this location as its extremely budget friendly and youre not missing out on anything by staying here. A hotel is a hotel and this has all you need!

Curtains are damaged, air conditioning units noisy, cockroaches on the floor

I have atayed in Ramada Hotels in the uk and have been Pleased with the service generally.

This time l was disappointed.
The Laundry towels were not available when we arrived. The towels did not arrive till the next day.

The booking into our room was slow.
We had to go through the process again when the person dealing with the booking walked out of the room.

The floor was dirty it obviously had not been cleaned.

There was no Bar facilities and restaurant facilities they were both closed throughout our stay.

The under floor car park needed a clean up trash was on the floor.

We understand there was a problem getting good staff the impression was they werenot well paid.

The aircon was very noisy it obviously needs some maintenance.

The view from the external balcony of the city was good.

The staff worker Hailie was really helpful and on point she was really nice and welcoming. Very great can’t wait to come back.

I found that the restaurant and the bar everytime I go is closed I have been there three times.

Sorry, but I will not be returning to or recommending this hotel to anyone.

Room had roaches! Several of my guest switched multiple rooms up to 4 to be exact and still had roaches. I was only compensated a few dollars

Staff not friendly

We asked for a non smoking room and we got a smoking room. We checked in at 3pm and they told us the room wasn't ready. As soon as we walked in the room there where dead roaches on the floor and in the toilet. There was no towels in our room when we arrived in the room. We couldn't change the channels on the tv because the remote was not working. There was not an ice bucket or coffe cups. I went to the front desk to ask for cups and ice bucket and they told me they didn't have any. We asked for a hair dryer and they did NOT have any. Everything about this experiences was not good. The resond we got this hotel was because the wedding we where attending was down the street.

This is the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I have seen so many cockroaches I won’t walk barefoot and im afraid they will hitch a ride home in my suitcase. I’m keeping the lights on to keep them at bay.
There are also little beetles everywhere.
There is also a biker gang here and hardly any parking spots and bikes doing burnouts in the parking lot at all hours of the night. It’s like a bad movie. People wearing their gang colors. Women wearing not much. Massive amounts of weed everywhere. They are having a convention of sorts. I’m honestly afraid to leave my room. Someone should have told me this when I checked in. It is not family friendly.
The pool had no towels nor did the front desk. The hot tub is freezing cold.
There is a crazy homeless person who is allowed to sleep around the property. Another who sleeps at the pool. Hookers everywhere.
My bed didn’t even have a blanket on it. Just two sheets.
I was here because my daughter is in the navy and her ship has come home from Japan after three years. We have our entire family staying here. I wish I would have left the first night. It’s just getting worse.
The line at the front desk is several people deep all weekend so I’m not going down there. I am not even exaggerating at all. Ridiculous.
