Ramada by Wyndham San Diego National City

The location is superb... I must say the staff is quite amazing and welcoming.... but 2 things stood out the best....1. I had issue with my ac and sink... went down to report it to front desk. they radio maintenance and before I even made it back to my room this gentleman was almost done with the work...wowwww I didn't have to move rooms after already settling in.... 2nd the night lady EMONEY I LITERALLY WATCH HER CHECK 4-6 GUESS IN IN LESS THEN 10MIN that's CRAZY SHE CAN TEACH A CLASS ON THIS.... AND SHE COMMUNICATED WITH EVERYONE IN LINE AS SHE WAS WORKING.... THIS KIND OF SERVICE IS PRICELESS. THIS GOES TO SHOW YOU THAT MANAGEMENT IS DOING THEIR JOB.. I WILK ALWAYS COME BACK HERE WHEN IM IN TOWN.... WAY TO GO RAMADA

I Stay at this location on average 1-2 times a week. Initially discourage because it's always booked. So i switched tactics😀 Reserve the room ASAP! Early and in person. It's working out. Glad i decided on the in person reservation. The staff is Great!!! I admit I went in expecting different. BECAUSE I AM A REVIEW READER! So i look for those thing. Hmmm Thus far Im batting 100% on appreciation of the staff Especially Mrs Johnson (Espie). There are a lot of hotel choices in the area, As a business owner, customer service is number one for me. The employee customer service at this location is great! The rooms,,,, immaculate, simply put.... This is my go to hotel.

Reggie was great ! I appreciate his service. Most promote the guy .

Absolutely awful service. I arrived at 6:00pm tonight and the room was not ready for my family. The manager, Reggie Simpson, was rude and simply told me housekeeping was behind and that there was no estimate of when the room would be ready and that if I was inconvenienced I should just go somewhere else! I have a baby and two toddlers with me and this was such a bad experience. I had been at Ramada hotels before and had good experiences but this time it tarnished it for good. I ended up going somewhere else.

Reggie is exactly the kind of person you would want greeting you for your stay. He was kind, patient, and helpful. You can tell he genuinely cares about people and takes pride in his work. He made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming.

I have a wonderful experience, checking in with Miss Haley at the Ramada. She is very respectful, polite, outgoing, she deserves a raise. Also employee she’ll be more like her keeps a smile.

Booked a hotel tonight in the app. It never made it to the system but the front desk manager name Reggie custom made the reservation for me.

I had a great experience at the Ramada in National City. Reggie at the front desk was extremely helpful and made the whole process smooth from the moment I arrived. The manager on duty is always on point with everything. Everyday when I go down to pay she always treats me with respect and greets me with a beautiful welcoming smile. Its so crazy how a smile can change everything,I could be having the worst day ever but just her whole vibe is heartfelt and motivating. I would recommend all my friends to come rent here. I don't mind paying that little extra for that kind of customer service. She makes me feel like i matter as a person. It's almost like I'm family. Team work makes the dream work. She's makes it feel like I'm actually coming home everyday. No complaints wat so ever. Word of advise would be stop wasting our money at all those ghetto ass hotels. Come enjoy our stay carefree at the Ramada in national city.
