Amazing service, food, and food presentation. Very comfortable and comforting place.
Pros:

This is a special place - really lovely and comforting decor, and amazing vegetarian food. The food presentation was superb.
The level of service, and kindness, of the staff was amazing - especially from Van.
We had daily breakfast and at least one lunch there, and each day it was a different menu, but always delicious and also beautiful to look at!

TUTTO PERFETTO
Pros:

Tutto, un luogo splendido per rilassarsi e ricaricarsi. Perfetto anche da un punto di vista estetico. È tutto bello: i colori dell’arredo, la musica, i profumi, le luci. Un posto davvero incantevole. Lo staff gentile, professionale, premuroso e sempre attento ad ogni richiesta. Stanza ampia e bellissima, un luogo silenzioso e raffinato, non manca nulla. Posizione perfetta in una strada piena di ristoranti dove mangiare la sera, comode le bici per girare nei dintorni, a due passi dal mare. Colazione strepitosa e curata nei minimi dettagli. L’attenzione e la cura che abbiamo trovato al Dechiu difficilmente si trova in altri hotel. Grazie di cuore

Superb in every way. If more people were this nice the world would be a better place. Big thank you to Van.
Pros:

Very sleak and contemporary

Cons:

Everything was excellent from the rooms to the the staff to the food. We were a bit poorly but was well taken care of. Van was especially fantastic. Only issue was the noise from building going on behind the hotel from early hours til late. Pretty horrendous.

Calming, peaceful serenity
Pros:

The decor in the interior decoration along with the whole theme was absolutely a dream and inspiring

Cons:

The drains in the bathrooms on every floor had a very stale smell.. but I think that’s more to do with The municipal infrastructure of the area and NoT with the hotel itself, as it was a recurring theme in almost everywhere I went stayed in Vietnam.

Great Hotel
Pros:

The team were so lovely and the hotel is incredibly peaceful and well designed. The location, next to the beach, is perfect and is a 13min Grab to the centre of Hoi An.

It wasn't made clear in advance that food is vegetarian only (though it was very enjoyable)

Unfortunate circumstances and experience, they didn't have any empathy just want to keep money

Style of room was too claustrophobic for me and was not a fan of Concrete style build, original room we had a window view upstairs but the room was very small for our liking. We transferred to downstairs because it was bigger but felt too enclosed on ground floor with no windows to open air space

Cons:

We confronted the hotel that I personally was feeling nausea from such room type and that i was feeling dizzy and very anxious throughout, when asking if they could move our room again, they said no. So I said to them I can't stay here because I am not feeling well with the style of rooms. So I said to them and they mentioned that they cant do anything and i will not get my money back and to take up with booking.com. I explained I was feeling unwell but they didn't want to help or listen. I have never had such experience from a hotel, or feel such sensations during a stay. Only when I started moving my bags out was when they called me direct as someone alerted the hotel as no one was on site due to the lunar new year, so a guard notified them, hence why they called me offering another room but I said its too late now, I have booked elsewhere. They don't want to refund me anything
