Pros:

Ambiente tranquilo e confortável. Funcionários super atenciosos e educados. O Sr. Fernando que fica na receção é um amor de pessoa.
Pequeno almoço bem variado e muito bom.
Só faltou um frigobar no quarto.

A limpeza não estava bem feita era só lixo, a cama tinha os lençóis sujos e com cabelos, casa de banho suja. O hotel não tem nada haver com as fotos, os vidros da varanda degradados

Hotel muito bem localizado para quem tem como objectivo visitar as aldeis de xisto, com boa infraestrura, quartos grandes e confortaveis com belas vistas para a serra da Lousa. Um bom pequeno almoço estilo buffet muito completo. Muita simpatia de todos colaboradores desde a recepçao ao pequeno almoço.
