Just okay
Pros:

We liked the location and the overall cleanliness of the hotel and rooms. We felt everything was overall decent. Everyone was kind at check in and check out.

Cons:

The shower was old and didn't fully work, felt a little dirty even probably due to being older. The towels are HORRIFIC. it was like the cheapest sandpaper tiny towels known to mankind. Honestly, I've not seen something like this since another country. While the beds were okay, the pillows were cheap and a bit painful. No water, no amenities in any sense of the word. It just feels like if we paid $170/night for a room, you'd expect some decent things. Felt like cutting corners. We could have got a nicer hotel downtown for $20/night so next time, that's what we will do.

Wouldn't want to spend that money for that hotel again
Pros:

It was at least clean.

Cons:

They did not have towels for our whole family. The water faucet in the bath tub didn't work the best. The sofa bed was very, very worn. The morning breakfast staff was very rude to myself and another lady I witnessed when down there.

Pros:

Breakfast was good

Cons:

Breakfast starts at 7 am, should be 6 am
The bathroom door is to big, and blocks the Main room door, the tile in the bathroom gets slick as steam builds up, the main room door the lock sticks so it’s hard to get in and out of the room, the parking lot is way to small

I always book this location because its,away from town downtown area of Mobile

Cons:

I checked out very early due to the noises from upstairs , and I contacted the front desk staff to see if this problem could be fixed so that I can get some sleep before traveling back to Texas

Everthing was clean and tidy. No problems.
Pros:

Central to where I needed to be.

Cons:

The cost was $300 per night. It is ridiculous to have to pay that for any Holiday Inn!
