Pros:

Workers in the kitchen was very friendly, helpful, and polite. Everybody at the front desk was very friendly and pleasant. The rooms and the lobby area were clean.

Cons:

The breakfast was nasty and not a big variety of breakfast items. The pool water was very cold and full of bugs.

Other then seeing our nice it was the best experience we had.
Pros:

Location was fantastic. We didn't eat any meals there.we spent all of our free time with our neice.

Cons:

Nothing we felt like we were very important people the way your fantastic employees treated us.

Pros:

I love how convenient the property is. And the staff is very nice

Cons:

I don’t like how they are falling short on the cleaning.5$3 bathroom had the previous guest hair on the ground and in the tub. When I was giving my son a bath his rag had a glob of blonde hair in it. The bath tub faucet was loose so it didn’t just run a shower or bath but it did both at the same time. I’ve stayed at this hotel since it opened and it’s just going down hill. It is definitely time for an upgrade
