Bad overal, no elevator bad and unsafe location was told room was canceled but any concellion charge but can’t provide
Pros:

We had asked for handicap room but not that they not have the room but we couldn’t even get to the room since it was on the second floor but hotel did NOT have an elevator so the couldn’t accommodate us and we didn’t stay

It totally and completely sucked, BIG TIME!!!!!!! The person at the front desk was very helpful.

Cons:

The rooms were dirty, and the room had not been cleaned. The person in the room next to me smoked right by door to my room. There were large insects in my first room. I changed to a different room, but it, too, was not clean.

Located in the ghetto immediately harassed by tweakers and homeless. Not happy with hat so ever with the experience especially for the price.

Jonnie Manager of the Year
Pros:

We came from Idaho for a funeral. My Husband booked the night before and realized it was not for all of the days we needed. He called and got guy that supposedly fixed. When we checked in the lady at the counter was super helpful. Even though the days were still messed up she took great care of us. Turned out she was the manager and does not normally work nights. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Jonnie. Rooms were nice and clean.

Unfortunately the location made us nervous at night

Cons:

Unit interior needs a lot of work on both exterior doors, drapes need replaced. Ad said full breakfast and it wasn't was very deceiving!

Great experience
Pros:

Its almost right in the middle of McHenry so close to a lot of shopping and food the rooms are bigger than any other motel I been to the reward system makes is the topping to the cake lol lovely staff and great breakfast

Great Employee's
Pros:

I had a great experience with the employee's and the manager at this specific Days Inn. The manager I dealt with, Jonnie Weeda was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, professional and extremely helpful to me. While ALL of the employees were super helpful and very nice, the hotel needs to be re-modeled. While housekeeping can only do so much, the only people to fix the major issues are the owners. Keep your employees' but clean up your hotel. Thank you Jonnie Weeda!

I stayed a half hour and left
Pros:

The lady working the front desk was awesome

Cons:

Filled with roaches we couldn’t even stay left a half hour after checking in. There were also a couple people using drugs on the stairwell needle and all.
