Everything was very clean, staff is always remarkable!

Everything is fine.

Well, the room is fine. To be honest, the place doesn't look safe, but everything in the hotel was fine.

Everytime we come to Mt. Pleasant we like to stay here. The hotel is very affordable and the rooms are always clean.

It was bad there was roaches

Nice large room with good internet connection. Don't think they had a breakfast, but the room was nice. They may have remodeled recently.

The room was wet all over from humidy. The floor showed where you walked from condensation and the bed top sheets were wet as well. Found a roach and small beatles in the room. Lock on the door looked like someone tried to break in and was never repaired. Bath faucet broken off the wall. Went to the pool and saw the other side of the building had holes or rotting sideing with people living in them full time. Cars in the back parking lot torn apart in the middle of repairs. Felt very unsafe

I almost didn't book this one because of some past reviews i read. I am glad i did, fornthe price this hotel was decent. The management was nice and accommodating. We booknthe room because my husband had chemo 2 days in a row,and we wanted to be close. His first chemo was 8 hours long and i had our 8 ur old nephew with us. The manager let me check in several hours early so we could swim amd rest wile waiting on my husband. The room was clean and quiet. We were the only ones in the pool all day. It is a budget hotel so dont expect a perfect hotel, but like i said for the price it was clean and comfortable with good staff.

I liked staying at this hotel because the room was very clean and roomy. And the price was very affordable. Looking forward to staying there in the future.

Old and dingy

Walked in and baby roaches were all over the bed and all in the icebox. It smelt so bad in there too. We aren’t very picky about hotel rooms but just couldn’t do the roaches all in the bed. My 10 year old ran out the room and said nope not staying here. We ended up leaving and lost our money. Highly recommend the Laquinta across the bridge!!

Check in was ok. Front desk representative seem miffed to have to check me in at 3:05pm... And was completely disinterested in attempting to address any added change to double or a rollaway. My request was dismissed abruptly. Room was clean and comfortable. Suitable for a two night stay. Cleaning agent scent was overwhelming. Had to leave the door open for hours to be able to stand being inside without a headache. Still smelled strongly when checking out.

Nice aesthetics. Helpful and courteous staff. I was in 2 rooms and the sink stopper didn’t work and one made for a water leak under sink. They have been renovating. One room phone had bad connection with the front desk, never sure if I was heard or if they were speaking. The location is convenient but common to hear road noise. I would stay again and ask for a back room

Great little place with all the things I look for: hot water, cold a/c and a pleasant bed. What more can you ask for. Safe, nice environment.

We drove 10 hours, Thanksgiving day and they didn't have the room I paid for on October 30th. I wanted 2 queen bed and not a king.

Second issue, the bed wasn't made, so we had to wait for that.

I called last night to ask what time breakfast is, and they just serve coffee.

I'm in town for a family wedding. I booked this hotel specifically for the pool tables, and free breakfast. I needed something cheap to entertain my family with because I'm on disability. I'm already crying because this has been a disaster.

I'm blaming Trip Advisor. This isn't even the same hotel! Yes, it's The Executive Inn, but the amenities, pictures, etc. are not this hotel.
Trip Advisor redirected to Expedia, which is fine (I've used Trip Advisor a lot), and they didn't have the room. I paid over $300 for this hotel, and now I have to spend a few hours today looking for a new one, packing everything up, moving hotels, unpacking... I have service dog, and mobility issues. I hate this.

This is not the hotels fault, they were trying to accommodate as much as possible. I'm grateful for her kindness.
