No me gustó para nada porque tenía varios cuartos disponibles, me dijo la recepcionista que tenía el cuarto disponible pero no me lo quiso dar. Llegué a la una de la mañana y me lo dieron hasta las tres de la mañana. La verdad decepcionado traté de llamar a Booking.com, para que retornaran mi dinero, y no lo logré hacer con ellos.

Decepcionado del servicio del hotel porque se supone que era fecha 25 reservé el hotel fecha 25 y llegué a la una y esperé tres horas en la sala para esperar que me dieran el cuarto teniéndolo listo

Everything was old and nasty, towels and sheets smell bad and all ripped off, noises everywhere, the heat not working and only cool fan in the room make it more cold, beds to small, not even queens beds

Rooms were nice, friendly staff. Breakfast was good

Cons:

Hot water was consistently more like warm water barely above my body temperature. This began to really bother me as the days wore on. I am not sure it a adjacent unit was using all the hot water or what. Also the shower drained so slow it was gross. I liked the breakfast but after 9 days I would have appreciated some changing it up or variety. Still....key items for me were always present so this was not necessarily bad just a chance for improvement. Elevator was freeezing and not sure why. The leftmost treadmill is worn smooth on the right foot side and is dangerous. The other treadmill desperately needs to be lubricated.

One of the worst stays of my life!
Pros:

The breakfast was pretty good!

Cons:

I grabbed a towel off the shelf in the bathroom and found dirty underwear behind the towel. So that was nasty. Also, I still show a $100 charge and a $295 charge pending on my bank statement along with the full price I already paid. My door rattled every single time anyone nearby opened/closed any doors. I had to shut a washcloth in the doorframe to keep it from doing this. Walls are paper thin. I could hear EVERYTHING going on in the rooms around me so didn’t sleep well. I am not a hard one to please normally, but I can guarantee that I will not be staying there ever again!

decent location and friendly staff, but they need to improve their breakfast offerings
Pros:

convenient location - 15-20 min drive from Washington DC. Friendly staff. Clean room.

Cons:

Bathroom faucet was too short , it barely reached over the sink. Pillows need to be replaced - too lumpy. Breakfast was mediocre - watery orange juice , omelette didn't taste like real eggs.

The rooms were clean and comfy, the pool wasn’t up and working. There is McDonald’s right next door. Easy to get to DC f
Pros:

Very new, updated and clean. Breakfast was great the ladies worked hard at keeping everything stocked including sausage, eggs and waffles! Staff was great.

Cons:

The pool isn’t functioning.
