Cons:

This experience was extremely poor. The room had bugs and unclean bathrooms at the time of check in. The property charged my card on file prior to check in date and arrival. The management and desk representatives were rude, dismissive, and inappropriate. Several agencies have been called on this property unknowingly due to poor conduct.

Pros:

Very convenient location. It looks good inside.

Cons:

My only complaint is that the tub looks like it needed a good scrubbing. Other than that, everything was perfectly fine.

Pros:

Place is a dump! Couldn't even stay there. Lobby was like entrance to a subway station, complete with smell. It's also not even close to Tyson's Corner. I lived in that area for over 30 years, so couldn't believe my GPS took me there. Its almost at the DC line and is on border of City of Arlington and Falls Church. I didn't even stay, just gave up my reservation, but would like my money refunded. Comfort Inn is a very good chain, so don't understand how this place has their name. Now I'm reluctant to book with Booking.com.

Cons:

Everything. Correct geographic information, dirty facility. For many years the building was a place where soldiers from Ft. Myers down the street went for a night of sex.
