ทำเลที่พักดีมาก เดิน2 นาที ออกทาง the east ticket gate/North Exit of JR Sapporo Station และ from Sapporo Subway Station ( from Exit 16 หรือ 17 แม้จะอยู่ใกล้ๆสถานีรถไฟแต่ก็ไม่รู้สึกว่าเสียงรบกวน การเข้า check in อาจจะต้องทำด้วยตนเองเล็กน้อย กับเครื่องอัตโนมัติแต่ไม่ต้องกังวลจะมีพนักงานคอยช่วยเหลือ ใช้คีย์การ์ดแตะที่ลิฟท์ ที่ประตู และที่ห้อง ปลอดภัยว่าไม่มีใครเข้าไปได้ ห้องนอนขนาดและความสะอาดดีตามแบบฉบับญี่ปุ่น แยกห้องอาบน้ำกับห้องน้ำไว้คนละส่วน ผู้สูงอายุเดินสบาย เพราะพื้นห้องน้ำอยู่ในระดับเดียวกัน มี youtube ดู ใส่รหัสก็ดูได้เลย ในห้องมีขนมกับเครื่องดื่มไว้คอยบริการฟรี มีกาแฟฟรีที่ล๊อบบี้ และเครื่องอาบน้ำต่างๆไว้ให้หยิบ ด้านนอกก็ใกล้ร้านสะดวกซื้อ หลายเจ้า แนะนำให้ลองเจ้าสีส้มๆ ข้างๆโรงแรมเค้าแจกถุงพลาสติกฟรี และอุ่นร้อนให้ฟรี
