Marriott Knoxville Downtown

Danny took amazing care of my vehicle that was parked right outside the front for a few days very appreciative of the great attentive care they took for my vehicle during my day!

The window view was excellent

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Downtown Knoxville. The front desk staff was welcoming, our room was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the restaurant. A special thank you to Jackson, Davin, and Josiah for their friendly valet service and for helping with our luggage and car. They made our stay even better. We can’t wait to come back!

Marriott has great service!

I was attending at the Knoxville Convention Center and the Marriott was right across the street so perfect location! Hotel was super clean. The staff was very friendly and hospital. Shea and Adriana in particular were super helpful. I messed up my reservation and they helped me sort it out. Also there was a flood when I was leaving and ended up having to stay longer so they helped me extend my reservation. Would definitely stay here each time Im at the convention.

Overall stay was wonderful the staff was making the restaurant upstairs was phenomenal

Very nice stay at the Marriott Knoxville. Had an overnight stay for business. Hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was good as well.

I've been checking into this Marriott every week for the past two years, and the 4 employees I constantly see at the front desk always make me feel welcome. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine smiles make every check-in quick and enjoyable. They consistently go above and beyond, and their exceptional customer service is a big reason I look forward to staying here each week. Thank you Adriana, Shea, Jillian and Steven for making every visit feel like home!

Purchased tickets for the “Front Row to the Fourth at Maker Exchange” and it turns out the event wasn’t there but downstairs in the old Knoxville Convention Center. I’ve attached a screenshot of the listing actually showing that the event wasn’t sponsored by The Tennessean hotel next door, which was incorrect as well. Actually, nothing about the event was as described. Talk about bait & switch.

Do not use this Marriott. I’m a lifetime Titanium member. Never complained. This hotel has no elite room upgrades and rooms are below par for a Marriott. “M” club has powdered eggs and an awful breakfast. Ran out of breakfast 20 minutes before closing. After breakfast, all they have are bags of chips and sodas and water. Hotel didn’t give me points. Had to call Bonvoy number to get them. I’ve left 2 voicemails with the general manager. Doesn’t bother to call me back.

I had a great experience here. We were greeted by the valet, Connor, who was exceptionally helpful! 10/10 recommend!

Connor valeted my car. Very nice young man, helped me with all my belongings, considering I just had knee surgery this wa s a life saver. Thank you young sir!

Simon was absolutely incredible and made our stay unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond—helping with our luggage, carrying everything to our room, and making sure our car was safely parked in the private lot.

Later that night, I came down with a cough and was looking for some tea. Even then, Simon was more than happy to help us find exactly what we needed.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have any cash on me to tip him, but if I were his boss, I’d give him a raise. He is genuinely one of the nicest, most helpful people I’ve ever met. He made my first trip to Knoxville an amazing experience, and I’d happily come back just because of the outstanding service he provided.

Simon is the best he helped us so much with everything and was so sweet, made our experience 10 times better. Awesome experience!!!

It’s close to almost everything downtown. The valet parking is awesome, it’s pricey, but you don’t have to worry about finding a spot to park! The rooms are super clean. They have a nice gym as well!
