Location is amazing.
The valet parking situation was a little confusing, we sat waiting for a few minutes before we saw an employee to confirm that it was the correct drop off spot. I had really looked forward to ordering room service since the menu looked great. When I was unable to order via the app, we called down to the desk, we were told that room service was not available but there was a buffet downstairs, this was disapointing.
Noah Perke was very helpful and courteous. He was a true professional and took care of me and my girlfriends luggage. ! Promote him.
Kitty was extremely informative and very kind at the front desk. She made a great effort to accommodate our requests and truly did her best to fulfill them in a way that worked best for our satisfaction. Her dedication and willingness to help made our experience much better. Excellent customer service!
Didn't get room upgrade as a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Member, even though the other front desk said it was upgraded room.
The restaurant was awful… Tried dinner and breakfast and both were very disappointing. The dinner seemed it was frozen and just tasteless. The server ended up camping us for the dinner which was very nice but for the Marriot I expected more. Then we move onto breakfast and once again it fell short. The bagel was so stale. I couldn’t eat it. I’ve been staying at the Marriot for years and never experienced too bad meals in a row.
One of the cleaner hotels in which I’ve stayed, room was tasteful and in good shape, comfortable bed, no pet or other odors in my room or hallway, friendly and helpful staff, convenient to I-40, quiet, not bothered by housekeeping or other staff when I slept in
I didn’t like having to pay for valet parking, but I was forewarned about that. Wouldn’t have felt safe parking on the nearby street, especially since I arrived late at night. Didn’t see any street parking within reasonable luggage-hauling distance anyway
why so much money and not even a continental breakfast you can get that at the cheapest hotel.no microwave in the room and no pool. for the money this place sucks

There were dirty glasses on the carpet outside the door to the room when we arrived. there were no amenities in the bathroom. There was no menu or pen and paper on the desk.

Marriott will not credit Bonvoy account after booking on Booking.com.
Our experience with Simon was fabulous! He even stayed a bit over his time to make sure we got back to our hotel(Marriott Bonvoy)! 5 stars all day every day! 🙂
