Above my expectations
Pros:

This was a short visit- needed some sun, sand and water for my family before school starts. I was pleasantly surprised by the location, property and staff. My flight was arriving early so I called the property requesting early check in. The front desk lady was pleasant and advised they would do their best. With no other expectations, I headed to the hotel with my family. Property was really clean- across the street from the beach. Front desk agent was very pleasant. I was able to do an early check in and head to the beach. Kudos to the front desk team. One front desk agent, offered my autistic son stickers which made his day. Room was clean , had a view of the ocean- I would definitely return. Everyone was nice- even the valet guy which I didn’t even valet my car. Would recommend this property a million times

Great stay for our anniversary !
Pros:

ROSA made our check-in so easy and smooth. She was very informative, helpful, and greeted us with a warm smile. The property itself is beautiful, and the staff are all great and welcoming. Great experience overall!

Excellent!
Pros:

The staff, especially Evelyn at front desk. yoga with Melody was wonderful. She was great at helping us to relax.

JP at Valet was efficient and always happy to see us. He was accommodating of every need we had.

Cons:

Pool looked larger in pictures and also
Looked like it was facing toward beach. It was small and on a very closed in area on the side of the hotel where there is no view of water or outside.

Very good, would stay again.
Pros:

JP was prompt with our cars. He was always calm and efficient no matter what we asked.

Evelyn at the front desk was incredible as well. Accommodating and personable, authentic.

Localização do hotel é excelente, frente para a praia, vistas para o mar, áreas de apoio como restaurantes, sorvetes, pizzarias e outros suportes muito próximos do hotel.

Cons:

atendimento péssimo do manobrista da chegada e de um outro da noite quando retornamos de um passeio foi péssimo. A recepção do check-in foi péssimo, frio, arrogante, impaciente, mal educado. No checkout foi ruim também mas menos ruim que no check-in. Achei muito caro o estacionamento diário que não está incluído na diária e o café da manhã também achei muito caro.
