Good rooms all with a great view of the beach.
Pros:

Staff are awesome helpful and professional. There all the amenities albeit on a small scale

Cons:

The service in the attached restaurant was less than lacking. Staff were not busy and not attentive, hence the reason the venue was virtually empty. After waiting and watching other guests leave we left and ate at another venue.

Location is great. Valet staff was very nice. Management was wonderful.

Cons:

Parking cost. Room noise. Fact we were not allowed to use the stairs at all. Limited food options which is fine but they don’t carry any plastic utensils for us to use to takeout or groceries.

Another Great Stay at Sonesta
Pros:

We love this hotel. We have spent many nights here over the years. A great location right on A1A. The staff is very warm and inviting. Andrea at the front desk took care of us and made the checkin process quick and easy. They have chairs on the beach and fresh clean beach towels at the ready.

Nice location, great employees
Pros:

The best of this hotel is the employees. They are going to do everything to make your stay a great one. There is one restaurant serving food all day long. We had breakfast tickets for "buffet style" that was good, with several basic cold and hot items. Cappuccino is not included.
The rooms are nice, small in size, very simple decor, clean and nice views facing the ocean. The bathrooms need to be updated. I do not like carpets in hotels, less if the hotel is a beach hotel. The gym is old, and the washrooms need to be updated, there is no changing room or lockers. The pool is small. The entrance hall is ok, nothing special.
