All I know I liked the servers and how clean the room was I will be going back

Cons:

So we come into town to visit my mom. Always stayed at this hotel. Never had a problem. We get in at 1am and i get told they released my room because i didn't do the pre check in. This has never happened to me before. I asked why didn't anyone call me to confirm and he said they dont do that. We had a rental. I cant fill out the pre check in and put a model and plate number down when we didnt have the car yet.
Ive never had a room released before. It worked out and we got our room for the same rate but i wasnt happy about it. Probably wont stay there again so we dont have to have any issues.

Pros:

Hotel was close to the location we went too and also close to everything else. Room was clean I liked the walk in shower bed was comfortable and pillows were fluffy just wished I would have taken another blanket because I got cold at night.

Save your money .this is a MOTEL not a HOTEL
Cons:

So I had NO idea it was a MOTEL not a HOTEL .
The location was horrible .the parking lot is filled with homeless and crack heads.its right next to 2 other motels .it just was not what the pictures shown online.the breakfast they serve is cereal (fruit loops) and waffles ,I kinda expected more.
Pool was green ! So that sucked we couldn’t go swimming .this property looks way different online than in person .

Pros:

Housekeepers did an amazing job refreshing our room. Loved the connivence of our room being pool side

Cons:

Bathrooms were a bit small. There was only one lock on the door so definitely was a bit worried about that.

We wanted to get inside the pool. But the water looks so green. My room was all wet from the ac some of my clothes go wet.
