They don’t tell you about the charges for parking your vehicle on the property. This should be included in the price of the stay but like everyone else they have figured out a way to screw you out if more money

This older hotel is nice and conveniently located to MSU and downtown. The staff were friendly and helpful. The biggest knock is the design of the hotel. The floors surround a large, open atrium.Sound carries all the way up to the top floors. So when people are loudly talking in the bar at midnight, you get the pleasure of also elhewring their conversation. It's just a bad design for a hotel.

Shower wall panel cracked. Shower took long time to get hot. Corners of bathroom floor dusty and grimey. No microwave in room. Desk lamp not working. Weird to have coffee maker in bathroom. Stains on carpet. Some areas of the halls of hotel smelled like weed. Everything else was fine.

The facility was nice and clean. Bed comfortable.
I always enjoy fresh brewed coffee made in the lobby of most hotels. I think a lot of coffee drinkers would agree. There was no coffee in the lobby. I went to the Peek shop to buy fresh brewed coffee twice between 6:10 and 6:30. No one was there and they open at 6:00. I ended up getting in my car and going to McDonalds for coffee. I was on a time schedule so I could not keep checking to see if someone showed up at Peek. Disappointed at the lack of fresh brewed coffee.
