Important information:

When booking 11 rooms or more, guests will need to contact the hotel for group sales department. Guests can't book multiple reservations with the threshold of 10 rooms.

The Ramsey Hotel & Convention Center is a Small Dog Friendly Hotel that welcomes small dogs up to 40 lbs. Small dogs are charged at $40.00 plus tax NIGHTLY, per small dog and the guest is charged an additional and refundable $250.00 incidental deposit, per reservation. A maximum of two small dogs per guest room is permitted. Strictly no other kind of pet is permitted on property. Guests that do NOT register their small dog(s) are subject to a $500.00 plus tax penalty.

Small dogs may be left unattended in the guest room, however, no stayover service will be completed by housekeeping if there is/are dog(s) in the guest’s room.

Moreover, if the small dog(s) become(s) a noise disturbance to other guests, or the Ramsey Hotel & Convention Center management; front desk; or any Ramsey Hotel & Convention Center employe, receives other small dog-related complaints from the guest’s room, the guest must return to take their small dog(s) with them.

Further, the Ramsey Hotel will NOT release the $250 incidental deposit in the event of small dog(s) damaging the room and its contents by, but not limited to, urinating; fouling; hair-shedding etc and/or causing a noise disturbance that is not attended to by the guest(s). Small dogs are permitted in specific rooms only; small dog-friendly rooms can be requested by contacting the Ramsey Hotel's direct line (865) 428-2700. Small dogs are NOT permitted in the breakfast/lounge area and in the pool area beyond the pool gate, per public health laws.

Registered service animals, that are dogs, are welcome in accordance with current ADA standards. Emotional support animals, that are dogs, are NOT considered to be service animals by the ADA, or the Ramsey Hotel & Convention Center . A guest, whose registered service animal is a noise disturbance or causes damage to the room and its contents as outlined above, will also be subject to the same $250.00 cleaning fee. Upgrading of select guestrooms will be carried out from January 19th, 2026 to March 11th, 2026. Renovation work is taking place from 8am to 10pm.

The bar/lounge will have a seasonal closure between February 27th, 2026 and March 18th, 2026.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Interact Conference
Pros:

Great experience for the Rotary District 6780 Interact Conference. Meeting facilities and guest rooms were more than adequate. Staff members were very capable of handling all our needs and in a professional manner. Special thanks to Jeff, Lena, Shirley, Karl and Sammy. We will be looking forward to next years conference

Pros:

The cleanliness and soft beds and shower amenities and the firepit

Cons:

No balcony no bacon or change up for breakfast no refill on towels pool was a disappointment from pictures.

100% Straight Up
Pros:

Super comfortable bed, nice atmosphere in the room and the lobby.

Amazing Valentine Weekend.
Pros:

The Ramsey is always a favorite of ours. Their staff is super. The beds very comfortable and the breakfast is fabulous. Their pool is a favorite with my granddaughter. It’s the only place we have stayed at in Pogeon Forge. No reason to look elsewhere.

Great Service and Amenities
Pros:

Our stay was wonderful! They were able to accommodate an early arrival and the customer service was that of some 5 star hotels we’ve stayed at. We stay in a suite with in-room jacuzzi. The linen was clean and smelled of fresh bleach/detergent. (2) minor complaints are that the shower only had a partial door which sprayed water onto the floor. A minor inconvenience, we just put an extra towel down and we were good to go. The other, which is the case with most personal jacuzzi tubs were some black floaters the first and second time we ran the tub. As usual, we brought some tub cleaner and ran a cycle through and we were go to use afterwards. We just wish cleaning the jets/pump on the tubs were a part of standardized maintenance/cleaning. However, as previously mentioned, the service was absolutely impeccable and I will give nothing less than 5 stars. Pool and spa were beautiful and clean and the breakfast was delicious. So often hotels lack on the most common of amenities but they absolutely did not! My wife and I stayed for 3 nights, the room was kept daily and we 10/10 would recommend/ revisit. Thank you Ramsey staff for making our stay safe and enjoyable!

What ashame bring back the nice hotel
Pros:

Room was absolutely nasty when we checked in. Hairs in bed and dirt all over bedding. Floors was so dirty had to clean off bottom of feet before u got in bed. Tv looked like my pre schooler whipped it. And to beat it all the pool was shut down almost all our stay because of area getting partly painted. When grandsons got out of pool they both had spots all over them and eyes burning so bad they was crying. And the pool was main reason we chose this hotel. I have stayed here multiple times however will not be going back. The best part was talking with the lady at breakfast desk every morning. She was a sweetheart. Lobby area is always clean and decorated for every occasion. JUST DONT HAVE SAME SERVICE IN ROOMS. Ramsey start doing better we been coming for years and last 2 years have been the very worst. This at one time was a very nice hotel.

The worst pet policy! $75/night plus $250 deposit due on checkin!
Pros:

Breakfast was good. I’ve had better. I like that it was served until 10 am.

Cons:

The eggs were a little rubbery. Otherwise a typical breakfast bar.

Great Hotel with incredible Customer Service
Pros:

We had the best experience at The Ramsey hotel. We were there during a major snowstorm and the hotel was the perfect spot to be snowed in.

Customer service was incredible, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and the location was in the middle of the strip.We enjoyed the hot tub even with how busy it was and had a delicious breakfast each morning. I highly recommend the Ramsey hotel.

A shout out to the staff members Gabe and Sam for impeccable customer service.

We'll be back for sure!

Went for a conference; Sammy, Karl, and Pamela were excellent very thankful for their help through the weekend. Great place to stay. Excellent pool area, staff were friendly and the conference center was everything we needed and more for our event
