Nice hotel, but a nogo if you like sleeping in cooler than ~70 degree temps.
Pros:

Loved the pool, the movie nights, the air hockey, the popcorn, the staff were super friendly. TV was suuuuper nice. Shower water pressure and temperature were AMAZING! The free breakfast bar offered something for everyone and was great! Great location as well.

Cons:

Some dirt on the floors upon entering the room. The provided shampoo bottles in the shower were empty. Light switch adjustment knob was missing. The bathroom door is a barn style sliding door, which looks fancy, but lacks a way to lock it while using the bathroom. Beds were soft, but almost too soft, if you were close to the edge it would feel like you were about to fall off, both beds in our room were like this, so it's just the beds they have I suppose.
Most importantly, the A/C appears to have a motion sensor on the thermostat so at night it doesn't really kick on. We all had the worst night's sleep, to the point we left a day early because we just couldn't take it anymore. The A/C worked fine as long as there was movement in the room. Or something else is up and it just rarely kicks on at night, not sure but it seemed to be motion activated. As much as we wanted to like it, we just couldn't get past this issue, therefore we'll probably choose somewhere else to stay next year.

Breakfast is nice here and it is buffet style.. BEST part of this hotel.
Pros:

THE BREAKFAST WAS THE BEST THING HERE DURING OUR STAY! EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS AND FRESH! THEY HAVE AN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING STAFF IN THE KITCHEN AREA.

Cons:

Our 1st room had a broken toilet. So, they kindly moved us to a 2nd room but that one had bed bugs. I immediately notified the front desk and they took care of it. They heard my concerns and listened to me. The pool area was dirty. Especially the hot tub.

Overall a great experience, will consider the hotel again in the future.
Pros:

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were comfortable. Indoor pool / spa were great. We had the room with the hot tub as well, which was nice.

Cons:

Breakfast was very lackluster despite being free. Food was served buffet style which is to be expected but the one time we tried it food was all cold, bland, and poorly cooked. We did not eat the second morning. Our room was also next to an elevator and there was some kind of school convention going on so hallways were full of loud teenagers we heard through the walls.

Do not recommend due to the poor customer service and poor cleanliness of the hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was good but it took them awhile to restock the food when it was gone. Syrup dispenser never worked in the 3 days we were there. No sign saying to use 2 cups of waffle mix to make a waffle and others were complaining about this also.

Cons:

Our room shower was leaking keeping us up at night. It was fixed the next day but the bathroom was left a dirty mess when we returned in the evening. It was gross and disgusting. No bathmat to stand on for 2 days. Water leaked in between the glass shower door on to the floor so we had to use one of our bath towels. Other guests were so noisy late at night and woke us up each night. Wi-fi was the absolute worse I have ever had. TV was just a streaming service and no live new stations like CNN or FOX. When we opened our curtains all we saw was a giant metal storage container which made us feel like we were in a sealed box. No one should be in this room as you can not see out of it. Upon checkout 2 people were at the counter, both looked at me and kept doing what they were doing. I had to ask them if one of them could check me out. Terrible customer service. The hot tub only had 3 jets barely working. This hotel needs help.

Moldy,dusty,disgusting
Pros:

Showers and beds are very nice

Cons:

Pool was filthy staff are miserable and rude.
Dingy lighting not artwork in rooms just bare walls. I was so disgusted I rented another hotel and left the Ramsey with another night paid for. Run away from this moldy ruin. Way too many other options in this price range.

Not the best for the price
Pros:

The property is in town pretty much where everything is and you can’t hear the noise of the traffic cause it’s sitting back far enough

Cons:

The bed felt uncomfortable. They were very firm. The beds Made our back hurt just after 2 nights .They only had one pool. Their bar area isn’t open at night during the spring months. They offer a breakfast buffet, but it’s pretty much the same as a continental breakfast just displayed on a buffet. Upon check-in, they don’t give you no information about the movie at nights, such as what time it plays, what will be playing during your stay, and where at? I had to ask to even find out the movie was being played at the pool area and what movie was being played

Not what I expected...
Pros:

Pros: Free Parking, Located close to the Island and Gatlinburg, Employees were nice.

Cons:

I am so disappointed right now!! I expected more from this hotel. I booked 4/24 to 4/26. BAD MISTAKE!! Apparently, the hotel hosted a prom both nights. Both nights I dealt with lukewarm showers and slow wifi. I was told by management my water was lukewarm due to the teenagers all taking showers at the same time. I was also told that the wifi was very slow due to the heavy traffic of teenagers on social media.

My bed was very uncomfortable and hard. The bedroom was clean (9). The bathroom could have been better (6). Towels and washclothes were thinner than most hotels. TV channels were basic. Air conditioner made awkward noises. It had me thinking someone else was in the room. This hotel is old and in need of an upgrade.

Breakfast was good minus the long string of hair found in the gravy the first day and the long string of hair found in the eggs the second day.

This was a lot to deal with for $230 a night.

Pros: Free Parking, Located close to the Island and Gatlinburg, Employees were nice.
