Good hotel, and one of the top 5 best breakfasts I've had while staying at hotels
Great location. Friendly staff. Great value. Would recommend to family and friends any day of the week. Will be coming back.
Location, Location,,it is perfect..The hotel was amazing, clean, staff was great, breakfast was good. We will be staying there again in the future..
Location, bed mattress, pillows, nice grounds (outside), 24 hr pool, popcorn, and breakfast.
AC in room made a rattling sound when running, floors wasn't the cleanest, toilet randomly came back on after flushing, room size is okay.
The staff was amazing so inviting and welcoming. Debbie and Gabriel was amazing always there to assist
Convenient to everything.
For such a nice hotel the bed was hard. When you flush the toilet it made a loud screeching noise. The carpet in the hallway needs to be cleaned and housekeeping is not cleaning the rooms well.
Beds and Showers are outstanding.
Breakfast is always the same. It's time to upgrade and get a variety on a daily basis. Better options
I like the layout of the parking lot. There was plenty of parking room. The lobby gave off the cabin home feeling. It was very inviting. The staff was very informational and helpful. The rooms were nice and plenty of room and the bathroom was amazing. The hallways weren't too narrow. Overall my stay was great and I will be rebooking there again and telling my friends and family about it. I also like that the had a movie night for the kids with popcorn. That was very thoughtful.
The elevator seem to be out of date compared to the rest of the hotel. The elevator needed to be larger. The breakfast area need more sitting area for the guest and better way for clean up between guess. The breakfast bar buffet was good but I was expecting a better selection of food options and a chef on site to make an egg omelet.
I was very shocked at the updates needs in our room. The bathroom was horrific.. mold or mildew, peeling and bubbles paint with small bugs crawling out of the paint! We didn’t notice this for a little while and then tried to call customer service later that night when we finally realized it and said house keeping had already left that someone else would have to help? Nothing was done and I felt unheard. It was pretty gross to see.
Location was great
Atmosphere was ok, halls were nasty hot, and fire alarm went off while we were there, that was a scare.
Was a little expensive for what we discovered
Beds were hard as rocks, our backs are still hurting after our stay.
Great place really nice but they don’t save enough rooms before they sale out so they can fix their mistakes I was supposed to have a room according to my booking with queen beds one for me and one for my sister well we go in and it’s one queen bed I call to see if they can fix after showing them the booking all they said is sorry we are sold out
We stayed at The Ramsey in pigeon forge for the weekend. It was a fast easy check in. Staff was kind and helpful. The room was great. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was good. The bar was great. Especially the bartender, cant remember er name but she was an older lady and was very nice and friendly. We will stay here again.
24 hr pool . staff at check-in and check-out was nice
Breakfast ! It was a mess ! They were out of a lot of things on the breakfast buffet bar and did not restock at 9:00 a.m. there was milk all over the counter and in the floor. No one seems to care to clean it up. The tables in the seating area were dirty and food in the floor. Definitely not enough seating either.
Very clean, we loved the pool was open 24/7. Will be coming back here
We felt that it was hot in the hallways and all through the hotel, but at least our room was cool.
Nice decor and 24 hour access to the pool area
Constantly received dirty towels, found a bloody balled up tissue underneath the bed which staff (Blake) was not empathetic about, mold on the mirror. Promised a partial refund and haven’t received a response back for weeks when Booking reached out
Not the best place to stay in Pigeon Forge . At first glance , the hotel seems nice but the longer we stayed , the list of issues just kept getting longer . Our original room did not come with any full length mirrors . As two women rooming together it was a necessity that we didn’t have for nearly 3/6 days for our trip . We realized that the other rooms in fact had them , ours just didn’t . The hotel allowed us to move rooms , but when we arrived to the new room , the refrigerator wasn’t cooling and there was a major gnat issue . Our bathroom was covered with them daily . The maintenance guy did come and spray , but it actually seemed to get worse after he did that. The new room we moved to did not have a working iron ,the iron board broke as soon as I tried to use it . I called the front desk and asked for one. One of the house keepers brought a new one , but didn’t even unpackage it for us . We didn’t have a pair of scissors just laying around to open it . We ended up just ironing our clothes on the bed for the rest of the trip. The cleaners constantly woke us up at 9:00am everyday to ask if we wanted our room cleaned . Check out isn’t until 11:00am, and we were so confused why they were disturbing guest that early to clean rooms . The one time they did clean , they didn’t change the bedding or wipe down the bathroom . They left us one set of towels , with two guest staying in the room . The complimentary breakfast was very underwhelming . The waffle batter was so watery one morning , even after letting it go through a full cooking cycle .. it came out watery . The tv’s didn’t allow you to stream your Netflix or Prime at first because they were not connected to WiFi . We had to text and complain to the manager and they ended up going to every room and connecting them to WiFi ( pretty sure it’s because we complained) . The location was decent , surrounded by restaurants and attractions . But I was very disappointed in how old the actual inside of the hotel was , for the price point they charge to stay there . I wouldn’t recommend it for longer stays . Maybe 1-2 nights max . I won’t be back or recommending this place to anyone.
