Important information:

When booking 11 rooms or more, guests will need to contact the hotel for group sales department. Guests can't book multiple reservations with the threshold of 10 rooms.

The Ramsey Hotel & Convention Center is a Small Dog Friendly Hotel that welcomes small dogs up to 40 lbs. Small dogs are charged at $40.00 plus tax NIGHTLY, per small dog and the guest is charged an additional and refundable $250.00 incidental deposit, per reservation. A maximum of two small dogs per guest room is permitted. Strictly no other kind of pet is permitted on property. Guests that do NOT register their small dog(s) are subject to a $500.00 plus tax penalty.

Small dogs may be left unattended in the guest room, however, no stayover service will be completed by housekeeping if there is/are dog(s) in the guest’s room.

Moreover, if the small dog(s) become(s) a noise disturbance to other guests, or the Ramsey Hotel & Convention Center management; front desk; or any Ramsey Hotel & Convention Center employee, receives other small dog-related complaints from the guest’s room, the guest must return to take their small dog(s) with them.

Further, the Ramsey Hotel will NOT release the $250 incidental deposit in the event of small dog(s) damaging the room and its contents by, but not limited to, urinating; fouling; hair-shedding etc and/or causing a noise disturbance that is not attended to by the guest(s). Small dogs are permitted in specific rooms only; small dog-friendly rooms can be requested by contacting the Ramsey Hotel's direct line (865) 428-2700. Small dogs are NOT permitted in the breakfast/lounge area and in the pool area beyond the pool gate, per public health laws.

Registered service animals, that are dogs, are welcome in accordance with current ADA standards. Emotional support animals, that are dogs, are NOT considered to be service animals by the ADA, or the Ramsey Hotel & Convention Center . A guest, whose registered service animal is a noise disturbance or causes damage to the room and its contents as outlined above, will also be subject to the same $250.00 cleaning fee. Pros:

Breakfast was great for me. Plenty of people had a hard time making their waffles because they don't know how to cook. Others around me complained because they don't know how to use salt and pepper properly.

Cons:

We left too soon and I THINK they hot tub jets weren't at 100% but I mostly stayed in the pool with my children. Very nice pool may i add

Pros:

My family enjoyed the 24 hour access to the pool. I appreciate for the quick response when I needed a new iron in the room. The hotel location is close to everything.

Cons:

The pool and hot tub needed to be clean often. The vent in the room needs to be change because when the air comes up it has a bad odor at the beginning.

Cons:

This is our go to hotel every time we come to Tennessee which is twice a year. This time everything changed from the breakfast being cold and the room being very dirty. The staff was nice, but that was the only thing.

Not a busy spot. Right in the middle of Pigeon Forge

Found black mold behind tv. Left a day early because of it. No apologies via email or anything. Front desk had me send a photo to their email to look into it.

Pros:

The breakfast, the pool and movies, location was ok. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The room had no curtains that pulled to, just the sheers went all the way across. They were there just on short attachments (rods)... That was a first. At least I could see the police coming and a going at night... They were on duty and not asleep or somewhere eating donuts...🙏🙏🙏
