A very big disappointment especially for the price

Nothing to much. The staff was friendly for the most part

Cons:

Water was not hot. Air conditioner was not working. Elevators where broken down. Hard to enter and exit the parking garage. This whole stay was a very big disappointment as I had a day surgery whole celebrating my 5 yr olds birthday. Tried to give them a good experience in what was supposed to be a better hotel and i feel like I wasted my money

良かった、またヒューストンに滞在するなら利用したい
Pros:

部屋も広々して快適だった。フロント前にはお水、ホールには朝、コーヒーサービスもあり良かった

Cons:

部屋のコーヒーメーカーが使えなかった。取り替えてくれたが同じく使えず。ホールまでコーヒーを取りに行くことになったが、美味しかったから部屋は期待しなければ良い。

Overall, it was okay for the price.
Cons:

I didn’t like that the floor around the bathtub constantly had water leaking from the tub. And I didn’t have microwave in the room. The ice machine on our floor was not working.
