Not a place I'll stay in the future.

Some of the staff was apologetic, but unable to help.

Cons:

There was no heat available in the room I was in. The fan would not shut off, and the bed only had standard bed covering. I was not offered another room. I lightly slept fully clothed. The television's volume was stuck on level 36 and could not be lowered, and the channel menu only indicated local major networks, but no information about what was on at anytime, other listings were all blank. There was no shuttle to the airport or anywhere else, even though the hotel listing stated that there was a shuttle

Unpleasant and disappointing last time I'll stay here, will miss the best breakfast in the area.
Pros:

Breakfast excellent. Staff serving Breakfast excellent. Front desk staff very good.

Cons:

Air conditioning not functioning properly. Could not get room below 76 degrees. Entire hotel to warm. Also heard other customers complain. Bathtub clogged, not draining. Had to take fast showers while standing in filling tub.

The first floor was nice.

Cons:

The hotel smelled like smoke. The smell was stronger in our hallway and even moor in the room. The heater and ac were broken in our room. Maintenance can into our restroom to turn off the a/c so all we would have was heat. He said to call him back when it got too hot and he would turn off the heat and turn on the a/c. He offered to go back to the room throughout the night to turn on/off whichever we needed a/c or heater.
