Verblijf ivm WK wedstrijd, maar zal er nooit meer heen gaan.
Pros:

Ruime kamer.

Cons:

Saaie, ongezellige bar en tevens ontbijtzaal. De wc in de kamer spoelde nauwelijks door waardoor we allerlei extra handelingen moesten doen om het goed doorgespoeld te krijgen. Geen shuttlebus naar de mall in de buurt.

Pros:

I had surgery that morning and needed my rest. There was a very loud guest staying across the hall from me (which made it difficult to rest). After the desk supervisor tried to talked to the loud guest...nothing change. So the hotel relocated me to another room and floor. This was done swiftly and with a lot help....since I was limited to what I could lift (due to surgery). My daughter and granddaughter had left me at the hotel to rest while they went out for dinner and some shopping. The staff was so accommodating to help with all their things as well. I was very grateful and impressed with swiftness.

Cons:

That I had to pay for an extra breakfast for my 9 yr old granddaughter. We had 2 free coupons and my granddaughter was the 3rd in the room. She hardly ate anything but I was charged 12$ plus tax.

Terrible Experience
Pros:

Terrible experience. We made our reservation without any issues, and the night before our stay, we got an email that our reservation was being cancelled. The hotel was experiencing credit card issues so our card was declined after it had been approved. FYI- there was nothing wrong with our card. They then said we could rebook but at a higher price. The whole thing seemed like a scam that they were operating. We declined to rebook with them and won’t be staying at that hotel
Any time soon. Reserve with caution at this hotel.

Cockroaches
Pros:

I stayed here in April 2026. My husband was in the hospital and I needed to be close to him. I checked in and went to my room. First thing I saw when I opened the door was a huge cockroach scurry across the floor to the bathroom!!

Fast forward to a couple of days ago….stayed here again for my husband to have a procedure done in the medical center. Same thing!! Opened the door and a huge cockroach scurried across the floor!!

AC thermostats don’t work!!

Housekeeping is snooty.

Cons:

Some Staff Attitude, reheated meals sold as Restaurant quality, charged for Breakfast told it would be refunded and did not occur. Did a Fire Drill no one showed up on our floor as stated there would be someone there via speakers. Construction work occurring.

Best stay in Houston! We will come again definitely
Pros:

The best super comfortable bed ever!! And a pillows. Staff was very kind and helpful and we visited soccer game, there was photo stands with Ronaldo! Amazing! Cozy room, parking. We loved absolutely everything!
