Plumbing issues and elevator issues. We had to change rooms since the plumbing was out
Im not satisfied the property charged my credit card for the room that i already paid for fully through booking.com and im calling there number to connect with billing and account personal since a week but no body is answering and the front desk confirmed by phone call this mistake but they can’t help me they need there accountant as they claim to refund and they are not supporting at all, i got charged twice for my stay one payment through booking.com and one when i checked out at the hotel

Location
Our room was hot , the bathrooms were not clean fans in room and bathroom were so loud
Didn’t receive breakfast.
The staff at the reception desk were very rude.
Beds comfortable, good pillows, shower ok.
Old hotel, loud hallways, doors slamming constantly. Loud people everywhere.
The breakfast staff was excellent !
The rooms were unacceptably, dirty roommate, please and linens were dingy . Front desk staff was extremely rude.
I would strongly caution against staying at this hotel and recommend choosing another property in the area instead.
I booked a room a month in advance and am an IHG member with status, yet check-in took 15–20 minutes because the hotel had oversold my room type. I was placed in a different room with no option.
The room had multiple issues: a leaking toilet that flooded the bathroom floor overnight, an uncomfortable sagging bed, stained towels on both days despite housekeeping, and a non-working in-room phone, which meant I couldn’t contact the front desk or housekeeping.
After multiple inconveniences, I requested a one-hour late checkout. This resulted in repeated back-and-forths with the front desk (Kristin and Lola) and ultimately only a 15-minute extension. Despite that, housekeeping knocked on my door three times within minutes asking if I was checking out, which forced me to leave early.
Even finding the room was frustrating—8th-floor signage was confusing, pointed in the wrong direction, and some doors lacked clear numbering.
Overall: poor maintenance, poor communication, and no meaningful service recovery. I would not stay here again until these issues are addressed
Good area. Close to the Med Ctr.
Someone before us left soda cans in the freezer and they exploded. I really didn't want to make a fus. We just didn't use it.
The front reception staff ladies were exceptional and helpful. It was very nice to have complimentary coffee/water in the lobby. Location was great, but as a result vehicle traffic was extremely loud. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfy, but the room was in need of a remodel. There was an argument outside, in the hallway, our first night. We were woken up and I was a little worried for our safety as the door lock to our room needed fixing. The second night, we were awoken again, by people heading to their room around 2 am. I just think the hotel needs thicker, safer doors.
