Not available for me & my two friends, we’re over 62 years old and needed that hotel
Pros:

I did not stay there, booking.com canceled my reservation. And told me I would receive my money back.

Cons:

The property would have been great, but they kept telling me I didn’t have reservations there even though booking.com gave me all information & numbers, the hotel and booking.com could not work together. Each time I call booking.com they said everything is good, it’s booked, but than I would call the hotel, they would answer with we don’t have a reservation in your name or booking.com over a month in advance so when I tried to get any hotels they were greatly expensive because of the Houston rodeo, it really messed up our plans and we just drove home that nite.

Booked room for four (4) adults
Breakfast included.
Front desk told only 2 breakfast included other 2 should pay - why ?
Once head down w my son to breakfast the host were very rude & claimed we didnt payed & we should go out and pay. Leven that we showed her the booking info & we are only 2.

Issues solved by front desk team

Very disappointing to get such service by the restaurant area host.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das Hotel gut.

Cons:

Die Lage ist leider direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Obwohl das Frühstück als inklusive für 3 Personen gebucht wurde, wurde eine Person mit 25 Dollar pro Frühstück berechnet, da angeblich immer nur 2 Personen einer Reisegruppe/Familie das Frühstück inkludiert bekommen.
Der bezahlte Deposit von 75 Dollar wurde nach mehrfachem Nachhaken und obwohl alles in Ordnung war, nicht erstattet.

Great location. Close to a highway
Pros:

Everything was great. The room was nice and comfortable and for what what I need it for iy was perfect and it was in a great location and my work office was one bus ride about 45 to 50 minutes. I would this location again for next time I have to go to Houston.

Cons:

I really don't have anything bad to say. I enjoyed my stay there I would like to stay at this location again and as a Booking.com customer I get points for my next stay.

Bien si solo vas de entrada por salida.
Pros:

Me gusto la ubicacion del hotel ya que se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, las amenidades como la maquina para cafe y el frigobar es un detalle excepcional.

Cons:

No me gusto para nada la limpieza, en general del cuarto, pueden mejorar, al igual que el especto en general de los cuartos deben de renovarlos, la iluminacion del caurto igual es un tema que deben de mejorar, la limpieza del baño asi como los aditamentos que se terminan rapido como el papel higienico, el shampo o el jabon para el cuerpo tardaron en reponerlos.
