Only the location was relatively convenient and close to the center

Cons:

The service is completely unacceptable.
The rooms have a very heavy odor.
The breakfast is an absolute joke; I have never experienced anything like it at a hotel claiming to be 4 stars.
Management completely fails to address issues—the security guard was left to deal with a hot water problem in our shower.
This isn't a hotel, it's a hostel

Great, except for the slamming doors.
Pros:

Everything was great in terms of staff, and facilities.

Cons:

There was an event taking place (the Comicon), and there were a lot of young guest staying at the hotel. Unfortunately, many of the young guess did not consider that their more mature neighbors might want to sleep. They were slamming doors from all night, and until after 2 am both days. I got less than five hours sleep each night.
