Very umcomfortable.
Pros:

Good price.

Cons:

Location. Lack of convenient store (had one with just chips). Unable to walk anywhere. No direct shuttle to MD Anderson. No coffee shop, only a restaurant which opened at 4:00 pm, However, the staff was very nice.

Overall we had a nice comfortable stay and would stay at property again.
Pros:

Staff were great! Bed was excellent and super comfortable. For going to MD Anderson it was in a convenient location.

Cons:

The elevators were old, dirty, slow, and unreliable. The facility still has carpet which is a harbinger for pests and dirty.

Sketchy and trashy
Pros:

The location was the only thing positive about this property. Close to the galleria, and a small drive to NRG stadium.

Cons:

The staff was rude, some of the quests were very sketchy and some sketchy late night activities were to be seen from quests and people coming in. The hotel smelt like weed, mostly due to the majority of quests staying at the property. The parking garage was a mess and very chaotic with checking in. If you book through booking.com you are not going to get the room you selected. We booked a king room and was given 2 queens, when this was brought to their attention they blamed the reasoning on booking through a second party booking service. The property and services are definitely not worth paying a cheaper price on a hotel, which even then the price of the hotel was still a little pricey compared to some.

It was okay a few things could be done to improve the quality
Pros:

The location was great, staff were attentive.

Cons:

Had to request microwave in room, have to ask for clean towels and rags. Room had a minor smell when we walked in.
