DesMoines is a beautiful city!
Pros:

Staff were really friendly and I felt my pets were welcome. Levon was a my favorite! He was so kind.

Gorgeous place but a few snags.
Pros:

The facility. The staff. The waterfall, workout room and aesthetically pleasing.

Cons:

The pubic hair left behind faucet on sink. The space in the bathroom between sink, shower and toilet. Waaaaaaay to small. Also the shower stall right with handicap bar in the way. Lastly, definitely not work what I paid compared to other facilities to basically sleep there.

The air conditioning doesn’t seem to keep up. We have stayed here 2 times on different levels and always seems hot.

Needed more staff
Pros:

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

This was a busy place and only had 2 elevators for the number of rooms this was not enough. Also the weight room was overrun with children and nobody was watching them or the area. This made it impossible to use the facilities.
