Location on Chalathat Beach was perfect. Near to beach front, playground, street food zone. Parking was easy. Staff service was impeccable, especially the bell boys. Friendly and warm staffs. Pool zone and water park not overly crowded. Ample sitting areas and love the pool access rooms. Bicycles for hotel guest use without additional charges was awesome, only wished bike conditions were better maintained and installed with bells. Some bikes had broken and non functioning brakes. Areas around the water park can be improved for safety as some bamboo structures were hazard for tripping, especially elderly or senior citizens. Amenities were well provided for. Overall a good stay if safety can be improved around the pool surroundings. Lifeguards were always available, that's a plus point!

Nice kids water park. Nice pools. Staff is friendly and the beach is across the street. Overall a good hotel. We stayed for 10 days.

This place really blew us away! The room was a family room and very nice and spacious and the water park with the sliders and the pool directly in front of the room made all the four of us really happy. I would recommend this place every family, it’s really a family-paradise and the staff is very nice and friendly.
I didn't get as what I suppose booked. Initially was include breakfast but when checking we was inform without breakfast. The room given was not as booking in online.

Had 2 rooms. one on Blk A and another on Blk B
Pros:
Beach is just across the road
There is a waterpark inhouse. Ideal for kids
10 mins by car to Songkhla old town
Cons:
Rooms are old and dated
Low water pressure in Blook B
The hot water supply does not work for both the rooms
No Lifts - not suitable for old folks and others with mobility issues.
Very nice !
My family and I stayed overnight here. Room is basic but clean, my kiddos really enjoyed the mini water park and also the playroom in the restaurant. Decent prices for F&B. There is a beach just across the road from the hotel but it was littered with rubbish unfortunately.
The kids loved the water park so much. Kept them busy in the day and tired at night!
