I was looking for a hotel close to Delhi Airport that wasn’t overpriced and found Spara Boutique Resort about 20 minutes taxi ride away. Before I arrived I wrote and told them my arrival would be late and they replied back very soon assuring me that was no problem and warmly welcoming me. My room was lovely, with a king bed and a big tub. It was also very quiet and peaceful, even though there was a wedding party happening in another part of the building. The staff was very kind and professional. After a 15 hour flight I was so grateful.

This was my 4th stay of 5 in this hotel in 6 weeks. This was the worst room I had, it was OK but quite scruffy, tv didnt work, and a couple other issues. I think I booked a basic room by mistake for this 1 night stay so suggest to book a higher grade room, all of which were great. It was clean and comfy however so not the end of the world.

This was my 4th stay in 6 weeks, I had a different room each time. This room was beautifully decorated and very large. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel throughout, the staff are excellent and speak great English. The pool area is lovely. Only issue is it is there is major road work going on on Dwarka link road and traffic can be horrendous. There is also nothing you can walk to, so need own transport or use taxi etc. Metro is about 10 mins by cab. Would not hesitate to stay again.

I have been using this hotel as a base to travel around India, for the money i think its great, staff are fantastic, great food in the restaurant and its close to the airport. Only downside is the Dwarka link road is horrendous for traffic and theres nowhere to walk to. I used Uber Moto to get to/from the metro (sector 22) which is on the Airport line. Would stay again

I was more than happy with my stay here, staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming, would not hesitate to go back. Food excellent also.

Everything was great! Near the airport and in Delhi but it is an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the big city! Would return. I tried to get in contact regarding the pick up at the airport. Food is excellent, service especially from the front desk is top notch. Pool is good too! Table tennis and air hockey in the next building!

This place is a hidden gem. Lush green and peaceful. Very good connectivity. Had all the facilities needed. Can beat any 5 star hotel or resort in terms of value for money.

Staff on reception at check-in were nice however failed to give out key information unlike other hotels in India, did not inform us of information for logging in to WiFi, breakfast location or anything like that.

Rooms look nice when you walk in however beds are exceptionally squeaky and caused a very very poor nights sleep. The bath is dirty and scratched and the shower head is very dirty. And also the bed had two large stains on it.

There was a 1st birthday party taking place the day of our arrival which was no problem until we tried to go to bed, the noise was exceptionally loud all night, there was lots of crashing and banging, and groups of people standing drinking outside of our Bedroom window, lots of noise from beer bottles being thrown down and clinking together and lots of shouting.

The noise in the hallway was just as bad all night with the same shouting, hotel staff decided to call to our room twice during the night pressing the doorbell for long periods both times waking us up yet again.

In the early hours of the morning what sounded like a cleaner was making exceptional amounts of noise at a silly time in addition to this they were coughing loudly over and over again, again waking both of us up several times.

Upon walking to Breakfast this morning we had to walk around the hotel as no one had told us where to find it, eventually finding it we found it had poor selection, cereal but only steaming hot milk, warm bottles of water, and exceptio

Nice Stay

Fairly nice, large room with a nice patio overlooking beautiful grounds. There is plenty of lighting in the room. Water kettle and fridge available. Pool area nice, but pool didn't seem clean (i.e. bottle caps in it, other debris). They were cleaning it for a wedding, but not sure about regular maintenance. They were also setting up for wedding so noisy all night from construction, but they had upgraded me to the balcony room and this was closer to the pool so this was understandable.Room was clean, but definitely a bit dated and clearly hasn't had any recent upgrades. Lots of light switches. The shower sprayed water all over the floor and wasn't very warm. The bed was flimsy and sheets a bit rough. They did offer room service and had a small cafe, but I can't speak of quality as I didn't eat there. Wifi worked well.
CONS: Nothing nearby (i.e. food), close to airport (plane traffic), lack of hot water, bed and sheets older, no modern upgrades.
PROS- Clean, large space, patio, nice grounds, pool, food available, fridge and hot water kettle, good lighting, good wifi

Good hotel on quiet place for from shops.
Food oke.

The bath-room was excellent and so was the temperature control. The food was enjoyable. The hotel provided an ironing board upon request. The room was quiet with a nice view of a green field and trees.

Unfortunately the hotel's phone service was totally disabled for over 24 hours, and I couldn't order room service during that period, but I don't think this is a regular problem.

The receptionist Ankit was very friendly and helpful.

Since our flight arrival was later in evening we had a take taxi from the IG Airport; the distance was much longer than mentioned on the Resort information.
Dining & breakfast services very average although staff were polite & courteous.
An average hotel which has a lot of potential to improve its service & increase its rating & bookings.

Close to Delhi Airport, spacious rooms and bathrooms , lush and green surroundings, courteous staff, reasonable tariff

This hotel is the nicest part of Delhi by far, absolutely amazing staff, food was amazing and the building is just beautiful. Swimming pool is lovely might I add ☺️
