Perfect stay - quiet!
Pros:

The staff ! Especially front desk !

Cons:

The McDonalds and the homeless there but the hotel is very secure and we felt very safe

L'Hotel ha camere spaziose, comode, che tutto sommato sono utilizzabili senza problemi. Gli accessori necessari sono presenti ed il confort minimo è assicurato. Il servizio navetta/shuttel è particolarmente utile. Molto disponibile lo staff.

Cons:

Non si tratta di una struttura nuovissima anche se tenuta decentemente. La moquet è un po' vecchia e si sentono certi odori. Anche le finestre chiudono pochino e si aprono male. La colazione, per gli standard medi è di qualità inferiore. Potrebbero offrire affettati o altro e comunque presentare il buffet molto ma molto meglio.

Great place to stay on short notice. Very clean and friendly staff.
Pros:

I’ve stayed at this property several times and always have a great time. It’s close to everything I like to do.

I like that it has free breakfast, but I wish there would be a little more variety

Had a hot tub with breakfast ready ever morning was a very nice part of the hotel

Cons:

ZERO Room service. Even thought we left our tag out on the door for 8+ hours the staff questioned if I knew what I was doing. So awful customer service

Mediocre space. Very old infrastructure, old design. Bed was nice and high and firm.. decent shower products

Cons:

Poor venting in bathroom. Very old design shower stall.. not enough hand towels, no lotion and cheap quality soap. Very inadequate breakfast. Very disappointing. Really felt like a do it yourself set up. Costco croissants in ziploc bags etc

Excellent! I’d stay here again!
Pros:

The breakfast was great. The staff was very attentive and kind. My room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The guy who checked me in wasn’t very sympathetic to my needs.
