Worked out great for me for a quick trip for meetings.
Pros:

I made a lot of use of the shuttle. Airport to hotel,hotel to Amtrak (then walking distance to my meetings), back to hotel, and back to Amtrak next day. Desk staff were very helpful setting that up.

We enjoyed it here, especially for the price.
Pros:

The parking felt secure. Plenty of spots all the way around the building.

The staff were all so kind and helpful, especially the nice lady attendant for the breakfast room. She kept everything clean and well-stocked, helped us with the waffle maker, and was so kind to our babies.

Very quiet at night. No loud night life or other rooms making lots of noise.

Cons:

Nice to be right off the freeway, but lots of transients all over the sidewalks immediately outside the parking lot.

Bedding felt like an old material. Faucet was old and squeaked loudly when we turned on the sink, so we woke up our babies.

Very small selection for breakfast, and only protein option was hard-boiled eggs. Other than that, only carbs and no healthy options. Would’ve loved some bacon or sausage, scrambled eggs, any fruit at all, etc.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

The hotel is really nice and I loved how there was multiple vending machines close to our rooms.

Cons:

The pillows were terrible. They were very uncomfortable.

Frustrating and angry

The room was nice. Staff was nice

Cons:

I had planned a day and night with my granddaughter and the room we got was next to at least 15 ( underaged ) kids who partied all night and into the morning. Load, drunk and completely out of control. Doors slamming, yelling, screaming, congregating in the hallways in front of our room, at one point someone had their door open and was blasting loud music. This literally went on all night. We got absolutely no sleep. I have never experienced anything like this in all my life travels. So disappointing

Nice place to stay
Pros:

Nice hotel. Clean. Free breakfast and parking. Close to the freeway.

The room was spacious, quiet, and clean. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing. The coffee was very poor quality and there was neither black tea nor decaffeinated coffee. 2 of the 3 front desk employees were not interested in customer service. When I asked for an extra blanket the man was quite rude. When I suggested they have decaf coffee or tea in the breakfast room, a different man appeared annoyed. I was given decaf to make in my room but the room is not provided with coffee mugs, only paper cups for water. The breakfast was fine if you prefer unhealthy choices like waffles and bread. The only healthy choice were hard boiled eggs with suspicious white yolks.

Pros:

The room itself was excellent and the bed was comfortable. AND THE TV worked .!!
The personnel were exceptional. The young man and woman at counter were efficient and friendly. ,He gave us good directions to resaurant. .The woman inthe breakfast area was very helpful and nice.

Cons:

Jacuzi was not very hot and bubbles didn't come out. A sign telling me to wash my feet off would have been helpful. I didn't see the shower until afterwards.
