Douchecabine heel smal terwijl de badkamer best wel ruim is.... , kamer ook niet zo praktisch ingedeeld, voor 1 of 2 nachten prima, maar meer zou ik zelf niet meer doen..schoonmaak is dagelijks tm 12.30, We gingen 11.55 weg ik vroeg bij de receptie of de kamer nog schoongemaakt kon worden, werd er gezegd ja hoor is nog binnen de tijd komt goed, in de avond keren we terug is de kamer helaas niet schoongemaakt..

Good 2 star in Benidorm old town

Cons:

3rd time staying here. Staff can be very dull on arrival I have found this a few times, different room than last 2 previous visits, a lot of brown stains on bathroom walls and room walls. But listen its a 2 star budget hotel in Benidorm so still value for money

This is a.basic hotel but had everything we needed
Pros:

The location is perfect, this is why we stay here. The hotel is basic but so is the price. We’ve stayed here a few times because of the view. The rooms are usually spotless and the wardrobe is a really good size. The balcony is overlooking the promenade and all the amenities are on your doorstep. The safe is free and you are given an iron on request for free, a kettle is also supplied. The beds are really comfortable as well. The shower is fabulous and there are also toiletries in the bathroom

Cons:

We have stayed here quite a few times and have loved it but this time we were a bit disappointed. The bathroom floor had pieces missing and we found cockroaches in there but as soon as we reported it to reception they sent someone up to deal with it. It’s usually a very quiet hotel but this time we found it a bit rowdy about midnight, I’m not blaming the hotel for this though as we didn’t complain. We also found a dirty sock under one of the beds! We would have liked a few more hangers in the wardrobe as there were only 6, again they probably would have given us more if we’d had asked.
