The balcony was filthy with pigeons poo we had to ask for them to clean it , some parts of the room were so old the it really was not acceptable

The air conditioning was nt the best in this very hot weather. I think it needs some updating. I love the location

No limpiaban bien la instalación soy limpiador y lo se sobre limpieza y algo que no fue tocado el baño mal limpio y la habitación ni siquiera lo barría pero la ubicación era estupenda y el atendimiento también

Todos muy amables, puntuales y responsables, en el caso de que llegaras antes de tu check-in podías dejar tus maletas en un salón privado y salir a recorrer la ciudad
Pedimos que limpiaran la habitación y cuando regresamos el piso seguía lleno de arena, solo acomodaron pero no limpiaron

We had the top floor with sea view . which was absolutely beautiful . The view and location really makes this hotel .
The cleaning was not great ! Things hadn't been dusted for quite some time , eg on top of the fridge , skirting boards and the inside shelve of the bed side table .The patio windows were dirty and some of the glass had blown . I did ask for a cloth to do them but the guy on reception said they would be done tomorrow , which they weren't. It's such a beautiful view and you do want to see out the windows when you have the aircon on so I did them myself . It also had next to no storage space for clothes . We were only there for 4 nights but would struggle with somewhere to put clothes for 2 weeks . It really needs a chest of draws as the wardrobe is tiny with 5 hangers .
