Good Stay with my family
Pros:

I like the room space, the cleanliness, the opportunity to cook in my own kitchen, the microwave, the refrigerator made me feel at home. It felt like home away from home. Friendly staff, very professional and welcoming. I like the rooms even though it was not connected but it was opposite doors from each other. I like the pool and the hot tub even though it was super-hot on the second day. I like the complimentary breakfast however the scrambled eggs need a little upgrade.

Cons:

I don't like the scrambled breakfast eggs for both days because it was tasteless, at some point my kids was asking if it was made with real eggs or artificial eggs. Another one is the temperature of the hot tub; it was very high that I have to run inside the pool to cool off before getting back into it again.

Pros:

I liked that the hotel was conveniently located near Wisconsin Dells attractions, which made it easy for our family to get around and enjoy activities.

Cons:

We experienced multiple issues that were never properly addressed, including unreliable WiFi and cold air in the room. When we contacted the front desk, we were told someone would follow up, but no one ever did. Instead, we received automated text messages with no real support. Additionally, a front desk clerk made a false accusation about my husband filming her, which was completely untrue and highly unprofessional. The breakfast was also disappointing, with mostly starch-based options and food that did not seem fresh or appetizing.

Cons:

Way too many chemicals in the pool/hot tub I have stayed at the property twice and couldn't stay in the area long as it made my eyes burn and skin itch. Others said the same in the pool area was not just me.
